Food - yum yum. The guide Ryan was good. nit sure if you can request dor a guide but I highly him. He has a lively nature, infomative and knows his job. TIP: DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST. FOods were not sample servings. full meal. we were not able to finish every dish.

Avui ha estat un dia excepcional gràcies a la meva encantadora guia, la Tamm. Vaig provar un bon cafè vietnamita, vaig poder presenciar l'èpica Hanoi Train Street, mentre prenia un batut de mango. Després, ens vam aventurar a la presó de Hoa Lo i aquest lloc és una visita obligada perquè s'hi pot veure la fascinant història que posseeix el Vietnam. És aquí on arribes a apreciar el Vietnam encara més. Aquesta experiència va ser memorable gràcies al coneixement i la passió de la Tamm. Recomano molt a tothom que faci aquest tour quan sigui a Hanoi.

We had the absolute best time with Chloe. She was on time and provided us with bottles of water each. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the history and background of some of the dishes and restaurants. We tried eel for the first time which was actually pretty good! Chloe spoke very good English so we had great conversations throughout the tour. Thank you so much Chloe for everything!

Today I joined Pietro Khoi for a half day tour. He is a young vibrant, energetic and knowledgeable tour guide. In addition he is very skillful in photography. It is an asset for Klook to have Pietro. Firstly, he brought us to the southern section of the Train Station to see the 8am train. We drank some coffee. After that we went to The Incense factory some 1 hour of journey. The van was comfortable and spacious. It is clean too. The weather was hot and good for out door activities today. Thank you Pietro Khoi for helping us today - bringing us around and took good photographs!

I absolutely love this travel agency! The tour was very convenient, well-organized, and covered many amazing places. Justin is a highly recommended tour guide! He made sure everyone was enjoying the trip, and his great sense of humor made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. 😄 He was always attentive to our safety, helping us cross the road and making sure everyone was safe and comfortable throughout the tour. He also shared interesting insights about the local culture, giving us a better understanding and appreciation of the places we visited. Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture. The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

Estem molt agraïts d'haver fet això el primer dia a Hanoi. ÉS UN OBLIGATORI! Si voleu una immersió total a la ciutat, el passeig en moto us guiarà pels racons i us portarà a llocs increïbles! Estem molt agraïts als nostres dos guies turístics, Minh Ngoc i Liam. Ens hauria agradat passar més temps amb ells, però el dia s'havia d'acabar. Moltes, moltíssimes gràcies!!!!

El nostre guia turístic, Hieu, ens va recollir puntualment a l'hotel, va ser molt amable i atent amb totes les nostres preguntes sobre els llocs que vam visitar. Es va quedar i ens va ajudar a tots els llocs. En general, era amable i coneixedor, compartint els valors històrics de cada lloc de visita.
