El meu marit i jo hem gaudit molt d'aquesta excursió d'un dia guiada a Shiga! La nostra guia Effy ha estat molt informativa i ens ha mantingut informats durant tot el dia sobre l'itinerari. L'autobús estava net i era còmode, i el conductor de l'autobús també ha fet una feina excel·lent conduint-nos. Tots els llocs que hem visitat eren preciosos i amb molts paisatges. Definitivament recomanem fer-ho com a part del vostre viatge al Japó.

The travel distance was a bit long, but the attraction itself was beautiful, making it well worth it. The cable car was a bit expensive, but still recommended. As for the tour guide, they were a bit disorganized; they actually lost a group member's cable car ticket and then went around asking if anyone had an extra. Their ticket management skills could definitely be improved.

We had a wonderful experience with our private car charter in Kyoto! A special thank you to our driver, Aki, who was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating throughout our very long day. The car was immaculately clean, luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable, which made traveling around Kyoto throughout the day so enjoyable. Aki never made us feel rushed and allowed us to truly enjoy each stop and take in the beauty of Kyoto. More than just transportation, Aki helped make our day an experience filled with wonderful memories that we will treasure from our visit to Japan. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made such a difference. Today, due to the holiday, there were heavy crowds and severe traffic congestion. Fortunately, the weather was clear and the scenic beauty far exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Yafei, gave us detailed introductions on the bus in advance regarding the cultural history, local cuisine, and great photo spots for each attraction, which was extremely helpful. Despite the heavy traffic, the guide continuously communicated with the driver to estimate our arrival time and constantly kept us updated on the estimated arrival times and duration of our visits, allowing us to adjust our expectations accordingly. She was very dedicated and responsible. As for the scenery, Lake Biwa is truly stunning with its sparkling waters. Exploring, checking in, and taking photos on the mountain yielded amazing pictures. We experienced both the cable car and the Sky Bridge; the scenery on the mountain was pleasant and expansive, and we had a wonderful time. The only thing to note is that it is windy at the top of the mountain, so it is best to wear a windbreaker and long pants to avoid getting cold. Due to the traffic jams, we only had half an hour to explore and shop at our last stop, La Collina Omihachiman. The tour guide efficiently led us quickly to the cake factory at the very back, allowing us to catch the core scenery just before sunset. The experience was still quite good overall. Generally speaking, thanks to the clear weather and comfortable temperatures, this trip greatly exceeded expectations. The only minor drawback was the traffic, which compressed the time available at each attraction, making it feel a bit like a rushed "special forces" style tour, and the return trip was a bit late. However, overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable time. Special thanks to our dedicated tour guide Yafei, and to the experienced and smooth driver who warmly greeted each of us when getting on and off the bus and helped us with our luggage!

Vam fer una excel·lent excursió privada a Kyoto-Nara reservada a través de Klook. Tot va anar sense problemes de principi a fi, i l'experiència va superar les nostres expectatives. El nostre conductor va ser realment increïble: professional, puntual i molt cortès durant tot el viatge. Ens va fer sentir còmodes i va assegurar que tinguéssim un viatge sense estrès i agradable. L'excursió en si estava ben organitzada, cosa que ens va permetre explorar Kyoto i Nara al nostre ritme sense sentir-nos apressats. Va ser la manera perfecta de conèixer aquests llocs tan bonics. Recomanem molt aquesta excursió a qualsevol persona que busqui un viatge còmode i memorable. Sens dubte, la tornaríem a reservar!

Va ser un viatge d'un dia realment agradable. L'autocar gran era net i còmode, i el conductor va conduir de manera suau i constant. Però el més important, és clar, va ser trobar un guia turístic excel·lent, en Xiaodu. Va poder comunicar-se i explicar en tres idiomes diferents, de primera classe! És amable i atent, i es va ocupar de tot. Fins i tot ens va donar una sorpresa (una recomanació d'un lloc ocult), que va afegir encara més color a un itinerari ja de per si ric. Molt agraïts, excel·lent, excel·lent, excel·lent!
