Avui he fet el creuer Statue of Liberty Express a Nova York i, sincerament, ha estat una gran decisió. Inicialment, estava confós entre aquest i el ferri gratuït de Staten Island, però després de veure alguns vídeos de YouTube, em vaig adonar que aquest creuer oferiria vistes molt millors i més properes de l'Estàtua de la Llibertat, i així va ser. Vaig pagar uns 25 dòlars, que crec que valen totalment la pena. Com que vaig viatjar un dia feiner a la tarda, el ferri estava sorprenentment menys ple, cosa que em va donar molt espai i temps per fer fotos sense presses. El creuer està molt ben mantingut i té diverses opcions de seients. Hi ha una coberta superior oberta amb vistes impressionants de l'horitzó, a més de cobertes interiors per a les persones que volen mantenir-se calentes durant el temps més fred. El guia també va ser excel·lent: molt divertit, informatiu i va explicar molt bé l'horitzó de Nova York i els llocs d'interès propers. Tot el viatge va durar uns 45-50 minuts. Còmode, pintoresc i, sens dubte, amb una bona relació qualitat-preu.

This is the second time I've booked this tour which says a lot. The first time was for a solo trip, and this second time was bringing around family. The Tour guide Jay was amazing as he shared a lot of history about the islands and the statue and was very fun and enthusiastic as well.

Fàcil d'embarcar! La majoria de la gent va anar a la coberta exterior, però jo vaig preferir la coberta amb aire condicionat. No va caldre bescanviar entrades, el codi QR de Klook va ser tot el que van necessitar. El guia anava amb un micròfon, però amb prou feines se'l sentia.

Our JAL flight arriving in New York from Haneda was delayed by about 3 hours, so we had to cancel our originally planned Top of the Rock tour. We booked this tour very last minute instead. It was our first time in New York, but we were able to get a great overview of the city's scenery. While popular sailings can feel crowded—making it smart to arrive 45 minutes early to grab an outdoor seat on the starboard (right) side—the stunning panoramic views and climate-controlled lower decks make it well worth the ticket for both first-timers and return visitors.

This tour ended up being just for me, as no one else showed up. I was very lucky! The guide was extremely familiar with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which made navigating it very comfortable. Their explanations were thorough, and I'm truly glad I took this tour.

It was great to hear about New York's attractions and various stories from a guide who is a New York native. However, some of the stories focused a bit too much on American culture, which made them a little hard for a foreigner to follow. Still, I'd like to express my gratitude to our guide, Gary, who passionately introduced New York to us and even treated us to some fun impersonations!
