Tours de Narukawa Art Museum

Ens ho vam passar de conya a l'excursió de Hakone i el mont Fuji, i moltes gràcies al nostre guia, el capità Jack, per fer que tot el viatge fos tan divertit! Va estar amb nosaltres durant tot el recorregut, assegurant-se que tothom estigués còmode, s'ho passés bé i sabés què passava a cada parada. Vam visitar el preciós Hakone, vam anar a la zona volcànica on vam provar els famosos ous negres, vam gaudir del paisatge al voltant del llac Yamanaka i fins i tot vam donar de menjar als ànecs. També vam menjar un deliciós plat d'anguila japonesa, que sense dubte va ser un dels moments estel·lars del dia! El capità Jack va ser amable, atent, expert i tenia un gran sentit de l'humor. Tenir-lo amb nosaltres durant tot el viatge va fer que tot fos fàcil i relaxat. Realment es va esforçar al màxim per assegurar-se que tinguéssim una experiència memorable. Recomano totalment aquesta excursió, especialment si teniu la sort de tenir el capità Jack com a guia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vam tenir sort amb el dia, ja que vam poder veure el mont Fuji completament i des de diverses ubicacions. La Mandy ens va donar tota la informació sobre els llocs per on vam passar i els millors consells per aprofitar-los al màxim. També va ser molt atenta en oferir-se a fer-nos fotos amb els nostres mòbils amb bons enquadraments per als llacs i el mont Fuji.

La Mandy va ser molt amable i dolça tot el temps! Tornaria a reservar només per ella! Va ser informativa, servicial i molt més! No estava segur d'on reservar quan buscava, però si ho esteu dubtant, definitivament trieu això! Va ser preciós! Realment es va preocupar per la nostra experiència i per fer-la la millor.

Vam tenir una experiència fantàstica amb el nostre guia turístic, en Will! Va ser molt divertit, informat, amable i pacient amb totes les nostres preguntes. Va fer que tot el dia fos agradable i ens va fer riure. No vam poder veure el mont Fuji perquè estava amagat darrere dels núvols, però el tour va valer la pena igualment! Vaig apreciar molt que en Will i l'equip esperessin una mica més per donar-nos l'oportunitat de veure si els núvols s'aclaririen. Això va demostrar com de sincerament volien que tinguéssim la millor experiència possible. En Will fins i tot ens va regalar una tortuga daurada japonesa, que simbolitza la longevitat i la bona fortuna. Un petit record tan atent que va fer l'experiència encara més especial. El nostre conductor també va ser meravellós i ens va portar a tot arreu de manera segura i còmoda durant tot el tour. Recomano molt aquest tour! Fins i tot sense veure el mont Fuji, vam tenir un dia molt divertit i memorable. Estem planejant reservar de nou quan tornem a l'hivern, i esperem que el mont Fuji es mostri la propera vegada! 🗻🇯🇵

Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.

Our tour bus was unfortunately delayed for two hours due to a minor fender bender during a lane change. However, both the tour leader and the driver provided excellent service, which still made the entire trip very enjoyable. It might have been a bit frustrating for guests who had evening restaurant reservations or other scheduled activities.

Absolutely loved this tour! 🇯🇵✨ This was my first ever overseas trip, so I was a little nervous about travelling somewhere completely new. Booking this guided tour was one of the best decisions I made, it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. Our guide, Erik, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, sharing so much interesting information about the places we visited and the history of the area. He was also approachable which made the whole day relaxed and enjoyable. Seeing Mount Fuji, exploring Hakone, experiencing the pirate ship on Lake Ashi, Owakudani and Oshino Hakkai made for such a memorable day. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and it was amazing to experience so much in one day. A huge thank you to Erik for making my first overseas tour such a positive and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting Japan! 🇯🇵❤️

Even though there was a traffic jam, Ko our guide didn't cut any of the attractions which was very kind of him. it's not his fault we got back late. it was a good day trip. Will recommend to everyone.

El nostre guia turístic era en Matt, va ser fantàstic! Era divertit, ple de recomanacions d'activitats per Tòquio i també ens va fer un resum abans de cada parada, explicant quines activitats durarien massa, on hi hauria cues per a les fotos i com tenir la millor experiència a cada lloc. Va fer una gran feina mantenint tothom a temps, assegurant-se que tothom sabés a quina hora tornar a l'autobús a cada parada. L'itinerari era molt ràpid, així que estigueu preparats per moure-us, no hi havia prou temps per explorar cada parada, només una entrada i sortida ràpida. Personalment, m'hauria agradat més temps al Santuari de Hakone i saltar-me els cignes del llac.
