Food so fresh, waiter and waitress provide good service, price reasonable, I highly recommend everyone go there to enjoy

Per aquest preu, es pot gaudir d'un bufet a les altures amb vistes al capvespre i al paisatge nocturn, gaudint tranquil·lament del menjar. La varietat d'aliments és més gran del que s'esperava, i el més especial és que cada taula té una olla per a fondue/hot pot. El marisc també és més bo del que s'esperava, i tot i que les postres no són gaires, són molt atractives.

The food selection is quite extensive, offering great value for money. The hotel staff are attentive and polite. The sashimi was average, but the other food options were plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right at Exit 12 of Gangxia North Station, just up the stairs.

This was my first time having a buffet at a hotel in Shenzhen, and this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Although there wasn't a huge variety of food at the buffet, the quality was exceptionally high. Sitting on the 47th floor, I had a very clear view overlooking all of Shenzhen. The server arranged for me to sit by the window, and the overall service was very polite. I was extremely satisfied with this experience.

We celebrated a family birthday, and the servers were all very kind and polite. When I called to confirm the table, I mentioned it was for a birthday dinner, and they provided a birthday light-up sign for photos. The food quality was excellent, making for a very enjoyable buffet dinner.

I am much satified with its food, ambience and services, particularly the performance of the in charge Mr. Ho. He is resourceful, tactful and polite in handling situation arising from unexpected circumstances. He has potential for future advancement. Thank you Klook to have introduced this buffet restaurant to me. I would certainly patronise it in the near future.

The main selling point of Four Seasons is its incredibly thoughtful service. The ambiance is super chill and elegant, but the food selection isn't extensive. The cold dishes are average, and there aren't many hot dishes to choose from either. There's a wide variety of beverages, and the barbecue is decent. The desserts are high quality. Service: Attentive.

Since the package included 4 people and we had 6, we purchased an add-on through Klook. The food quality was better than expected, with both buffet options and made-to-order dishes. Drinks included beer and red wine, and a pleasant surprise was fresh young coconuts. Food options included oysters, curry crab, bak kut teh, pork jowl, and boiled shrimp. However, the desserts were rather ordinary and there weren't many choices.
