Tingueu en compte que heu de recollir el bitllet entre 90 i 60 minuts abans del viatge en ferri per assegurar-vos el bitllet. També disposen de guardaequipatges. Si viatgeu des de Sanur, el millor és portar només l'essencial durant el viatge a Nusa Penida i deixar l'equipatge pesat a les seves instal·lacions (15k - 35k IDR segons la mida). Excellent service from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they sent me a WhatsApp reminder one day before departure, which was very useful and reassuring. The boat departed on time, the journey was safe, and everything was well organized. I would definitely use Arthamas Express again and highly recommend them for travel between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan.

First I was dicey about the booking coz i didnt knew the location but then when reached to the location and after boarding the boat it was all fun safe and enjoyed the ride very much. Abba was such a wonderful driver and guide during our Bali trip. He is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about his guests. As an experienced local driver, he took us to authentic local restaurants and shops without any commission or tourist traps, which made our experience feel much more genuine. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful he was. He gave us useful tips on how to stay safe around the monkeys and shared a lot of local knowledge throughout the trip. The absolute best driver and guide in Bali!We spent 3 unforgettable days with Armika, and we feel incredibly blessed to have met him. He is hands down the best driver you could ever ask for!Armika was always on time, no matter where we were going, and he was an exceptionally safe and careful driver. But he was so much more than just a driver to us; he was amazing company. He was always smiling, incredibly polite, and answered every single question we had. Our driver Mr. Putu Erman was great and he was punctual. He messaged me earlier and recommended a list of places we could go to the next day. He was friendly and it also seemed he loves what he is doing that’s why we as tourists, enjoyed his company as well. We asked him random questions like what does this certain street sign say, or what are the offerings we see on the streets, or what temple is this what temple is that. He was very insightful and receptive to questions. He brought us to Tengalang Rice Terraces which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Also, for lunch he recommended a great place, with great food and great ambience. We were a family of 4 adults and one infant and most of us can be picky eaters, and our familg had boomers , millenials and an infant but ALL OF US ENJOYED the food. Thank you to Mr. Putu Erman for his recommendations and for granting our request to stop by for awhile at the Lotte Mart in Bali😊
