Transport a Singapur

The ferry from Singapore to Batam Island, Indonesia, takes only one hour. Upon arrival, it's very convenient to apply for an Indonesian visa on arrival. There's no assigned seating on the ferry, so you can choose any spot you like. The air conditioning is quite cool, and you can check in luggage 🧳. I highly recommend it to everyone.

El trànsit era fluid, de manera que es va trigar menys de 20 minuts fins a Punggol i aproximadament mitja hora fins al control fronterer de Woodlands. Aviseu el conductor de l'autocar si el vostre destí previst és Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) abans d'arribar al control fronterer CIQ de Johor Bahru, per al recompte de passatgers i per tornar a pujar. Val més passar ràpidament en 15 minuts si és possible i utilitzar les portes automàtiques electròniques a tots dos controls per evitar retards, només es disposa de 20 minuts. Autobús net i acollidor. It was hassle-free and worth the money. The queue was long when we reached there, so I instantly booked our tickets. Klook is really helpful.

Affordable price. Easy to find the redemption counter. They even give us the mosquito repellent band. Any questions you can check with the staff there and they are friendly to guide you. There’s also convenience store available at the ferry terminal for you to buy food and drinks.

The pick-up at Changi Airport Terminal 3 is hassle-free, but once you’ve the cleared immigration, a long queue will begin. Priority isn’t given to those who bought tickets online.

I recently took the ferry from Majestic to Batam and back to Singapore, and it was a great experience. The ride was smooth and comfortable and I was glad I chose them this time. Previously I tried a few other companies and feel Majestic is the best. Look no further, I will definitely choose Majestic again in future. Some other passengers I spoke to felt the same as well.

Although it seemed there was only one entrance to Lalaport before opening hours, a security guard directed us, and there were signs for the bus stop inside Lalaport, so we found our way easily. The bus didn't depart right at the scheduled time, as it was waiting for latecomers. The seats were spacious, reclined, and had footrests, making them very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The firmness of the seats was just right. While the air conditioning vents could be adjusted, it was still a bit chilly, so those who get cold easily should bring warm clothing. I took motion sickness medication just in case, but there were two drivers who alternated, and neither drove roughly, so I didn't feel sick at all. There were two restroom breaks, one at a gas station and one at a rest area along the highway. There was plenty of toilet paper, and the restrooms weren't too dirty. Crossing the border was like at an airport, with automatic gates. It took about 6 hours, but it was truly comfortable! There was also Wi-Fi and USB/Type-C outlets. I wasn't sure if eating and drinking were allowed. Compared to other bus companies, it might be a bit more expensive, but if you're crossing the border by land, I highly recommend it!
