Read the 'how to use' instructions in the booking email. Prepare the booking voucher with the QR code through the email or app by Klook, to be scanned or shown to the coach bus driver. The bus arrived just in time and punctual so please remember to standby earlier, at least 15-20 minutes before. The waiting area for this WTS 9 bus was located near the front of the line that queued for Ikea bus. Traffic was clear so it took less than 20 minutes to Punggol and about half an hour to Woodlands Checkpoint. Do prompt the coach bus driver if you are heading to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) as your planned destination before reaching Johor Bahru Checkpoint CIQ, for headcount and re-board purposes. Best to speed through in 15 minutes if possible and use the automated E-gates at both checkpoints to avoid delays, only 20 minutes given. Clean and cozy bus. Attentive and focused staff. Good experience and safe journey.

Although it seemed there was only one entrance to Lalaport before opening hours, a security guard directed us, and there were signs for the bus stop inside Lalaport, so we found our way easily. The bus didn't depart right at the scheduled time, as it was waiting for latecomers. The seats were spacious, reclined, and had footrests, making them very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The firmness of the seats was just right. While the air conditioning vents could be adjusted, it was still a bit chilly, so those who get cold easily should bring warm clothing. I took motion sickness medication just in case, but there were two drivers who alternated, and neither drove roughly, so I didn't feel sick at all. There were two restroom breaks, one at a gas station and one at a rest area along the highway. There was plenty of toilet paper, and the restrooms weren't too dirty. Crossing the border was like at an airport, with automatic gates. It took about 6 hours, but it was truly comfortable! There was also Wi-Fi and USB/Type-C outlets. I wasn't sure if eating and drinking were allowed. Compared to other bus companies, it might be a bit more expensive, but if you're crossing the border by land, I highly recommend it!

Napakabait ng bus agent! Ang buong karanasan sa pagpunta sa Malaysia ay naging maayos, mabilis, at napakakumportable. Ang ahente ay palakaibigan, matulungin, at napaka-accommodating mula simula hanggang matapos. Ang bus ay komportable, maayos ang pagkakaplano ng biyahe, at lahat ay naging maayos nang walang anumang abala. Salamat sa napakahusay na serbisyo! Talagang inirerekomenda, at magbu-book ulit ako sa inyo sa susunod. 😊🚌🇲🇾

Ang mga drayber ay napakagalang at palakaibigan..sila ay nasa oras..ang mga biyahe ay napakakumportable at ang drayber ay nasa oras.

All good with my experience with 707 Bus Inc. We got in from Boon Lay Bus Terminal then drop off on Hatten Hotel Melaka.

Ang parehong drayber papunta at pabalik ay nasa oras at napakabait. Ang buong biyahe sa kotse ay napakakinis at ang pinakamagandang bahagi, dahil ginamit namin ang bus lane, naiwasan namin ang mahabang pila sa imigrasyon para sa mga sasakyan. Naglakbay kami sa panahon ng Hari Raya peak season ngunit mabilis kaming nakapasok at nakalabas. Lubos na irerekomenda ang paggamit sa kanila upang maiwasan ang trapik.

Bus to Genting was punctual, driver was friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable ride all the way to Genting. For the ride back to Singapore, the bus was a bit older and we had to change to a 40-seater at Msia Checkpoint because the original bus couldn't enter Singapore. Both tour guides are friendly and helpful.
