WTS Travel is a reputable company, I've personally trusted them for years ever since I was young. Bus rides were comfortable, cold and clean (considered decent lah). Journey time normally takes 6-7 hours to go Genting but 9 hours to come back Singapore.
Had a great experience taking the WTS bus from Singapore to Genting! The journey was smooth and comfortable, and everything was quite convenient. It made travelling to Genting so much easier and less tiring. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a good option for anyone planning a trip to Genting. Will consider taking WTS again next time! 😊

L'autobús en si és bo. Molt espai per a les cames, seient còmode, port de càrrega USB. Seria millor si hi hagués wifi. L'únic problema principal per a mi és que el trànsit és massa dolent, cosa que no està sota el control de l'operador de l'autobús.
Fàcil recollida des d'una ubicació convenient a prop de casa meva. El viatge en autobús va ser suau i còmode. Recomanat.
Very disappointing experience with WTS Travel on the Genting to Singapore route. Seat selection wasn’t allowed even we check in 45 mins earlier than the scheduled time and the staff at the Genting counter lady wearing spec were having rude attitude. To make matters worse, the bus operator spent the journey distributing food samples and taking orders from passengers, which was disruptive. This will definitely be my first & last time travelling with WTS.
