Escollir aquest guia per al nostre viatge a Machu Picchu va ser una decisió excel·lent. En primer lloc, el servei que va oferir en relació amb el preu va ser excepcional, i em va sorprendre la bona relació qualitat-preu. El dinar del primer dia va ser deliciós, i les explicacions del guia van ser molt completes, cosa que em va permetre entendre profundament el context històric mentre explorava les ruïnes. Va ser una experiència molt satisfactòria des del punt de vista del coneixement. El que va ser especialment meravellós va ser que ens va dedicar tot el temps que vam necessitar, sense presses. A diferència dels tours en grup, no ens va apressar en cap moment, i vam poder gaudir del paisatge al nostre ritme. A més, ens va donar suport de manera dedicada durant tot el tour, i li estic molt agraït per haver-me ajudat a buscar un objecte que havia oblidat sense posar cap mala cara, sinó amb molta dedicació. Durant el trekking, va fer moltes fotos en els punts panoràmics i va animar l'ambient, fent que el temps de la caminada fos molt agradable. Des del principi fins al final, va estar sempre al nostre costat, i gràcies a ell, aquest viatge es va convertir en un record inoblidable per a tota la vida.

Loved the whole experience from the pickup from our hotel,riding the Perurail train,to seeing Machu Picchu in real life. Will book with this tour again in the future if given a chance.

We contacted the travel agency via WhatsApp two days before our trip and received our train tickets and itinerary the day before departure. On the day of the trip, our guide arrived promptly at 3:30 AM at our hotel to pick us up and take us to the train station. Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, the hostel receptionist was already waiting for us and led us to the hostel to rest. We then had free time to explore Aguas Calientes, have lunch, and buy souvenirs! The next morning, before dawn, the receptionist had already prepared a simple breakfast for us. Our guide, Stiven, arrived on time at the hostel to pick us and the other group members up. The bus ride up the mountain offered incredibly beautiful scenery! We were very lucky with the weather; the views were crystal clear as soon as we reached the top. Our guide, Stiven, was very knowledgeable, providing excellent explanations in both Spanish and English, and gave us ample time to take photos. The tour concluded at noon, leaving us a few hours to have lunch before returning to the hostel to collect our luggage and depart from Aguas Calientes. This tour offered excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

Tot el que necessitava per veure Machu Picchu estava inclòs i vaig tenir un guia meravellós, en Gerso. Però per un tour que costa 400 dòlars per persona? Vinga...

What an awesome day!!! Excellent experience from Cusco. Though it was a long day-definitely bring layers. our five was fantastic and we learned a lot. great tour for a short time in Cusco! highly Recommend.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My wife and I took the private tour with Wayra as our guide and he was phenomenal. There was so much to learn at every single stop and he answered our every question knowledgeably and was able to give us a lot of detail on the history of what we were seeing as well as little insights to growing up in the area which was very valuable to learn. It ended up being a very enriching day... Some highlights were getting to see the salt mines and sample choclates at a family home as well learning the process of preparing freshly sheared wool to be loomed into garments. I cannot recommend this tour enough. Again, Wayra was incredible and you will be in such good hands with him as your guide.

I highly recommend this itinerary. We visited two historical sites in two days and one night. The handicraft market itself was a bit like the stalls you see outside tourist attractions, but the transportation for the entire tour was very well arranged. Even though the train was significantly delayed, they patiently waited to take us home. We were able to enjoy every stop without worry. Thumbs up! However, I personally suggest allowing for some free time before and after the trip to rest, otherwise, the tight schedule and travel can be quite tiring!

Tot i un petit incident, ens van oferir un tour meravellós! Especialment el guia del tour de Machu Picchu va ser molt atent i excel·lent!
