Transport a Hue

The private transfer to Ba Na Hills was good and the car was very clean. The driver initially went to the wrong hotel so arrived 15 minutes late. He didn't speak English and didn't use Google Translate, which made communicating the location a bit difficult, but we made it work. Overall, a smooth ride

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

such a great experience. You have to come on time ao the train wont leave you behind. They are just going to check your qr code then everything is set. Btw,we had a stop over for about 10 mins i guess

Had a really good experience with this tour. Big thanks to Zada (小文) for taking care of us throughout the day. The itinerary was quite packed — Linh Ung Pagoda, Bep Cuon for lunch, coconut boat ride, then Hoi An Old Town for the lanterns and dinner — but everything went smoothly and didn’t feel rushed. Zada was supposed to be our translator, but she ended up guiding us along the way too, explaining things and sharing about the places. Made the whole trip a lot more enjoyable and easy to follow. Also thanks to the driver for the safe and steady ride all day. Overall, really enjoyed it. Would recommend 👍

No Hassle. Most comfortable way to travel to Hue. This time the driver whatsapped us in advance and picked all of us at the hotel. We were off from Da Nang by 09:55.

The door-to-door transfer service from hotel to hotel was incredibly helpful. The air conditioning and seats in the car were comfortable for the long journey. Water was also provided. The scenic route, filled with lush greenery, was very pleasant. We departed Hoi An at 11 AM and arrived in Hue just after 2 PM, which allowed us to visit the An Dinh Palace near our hotel afterward.

Everything was incredibly smooth. Special thanks to Jackie for the quick communication; about our itinerary, Jackie provided excellent suggestions on the most efficient route. Our driver was Mr. Duc. We took a train to Hue and used this full-day service for sightseeing followed by a drop-off at our Da Nang hotel. Although our train arrived 30 minutes early, Mr. Duc was already waiting at the station, so we could start our tour immediately. He was very kind, showing us where to buy tickets and giving us helpful tips for the Imperial City. Our itinerary: 1. Lunch at Teo Restaurant 2. Khải Định Tomb 3. Imperial City (After visiting, we messaged our location from cafe via WhatsApp for a quick pickup) 4. Thiên Mụ Pagoda (I’m so glad we didn’t skip this!) 5. Dinner at Bun Bo Hue Sen Even when it started raining in the evening, he was waiting right there in the parking lot so we didn't get wet. I’m so grateful for this efficient service—it made our Hue trip perfect!

The seats recline fully flat. The air conditioning worked well. Although there was some swaying, I was able to sleep soundly until morning due to travel fatigue. I was a bit concerned because there was no restroom on board, but there were several restroom breaks, so it was fine as long as I didn't drink too much water.

Our guide was incredibly kind, and although we anticipated difficulties exploring Ba Na Hills, they accompanied us, allowing us to create many wonderful and memorable experiences. The vehicle was very clean, and they even provided water, which made it easy for us to focus solely on sightseeing. We'll definitely use this service again!
