driver was polite and on time. the car ride was comfortable too. the entire journey took around 3.5h as there were other people to pick up too. had a great time in both hoi an and hue!
Ton was very nice and very accommodating. He tried his best to be interactive despite language barrier. He also arrived on time. We had a smooth and safe ride; the seats were soft and comfortable; the car was clean and well-ventilated. Overall, it was a great experience!
ホテルからホテルまでドア・トゥ・ドアで送迎していただき大変助かりました。車内の空調や座席も長距離には快適な設備でした。お水もいただけます。道のりは緑がたくさんの景色が広がり気持ちいいものでした。11時にホイアンを出発して、14時すぎにはフエについたので、そのあとホテル近くのアンディン宮殿を観光することもできました。
We had a careful driver who drove at a safe speed. Car is new & clean. Driver spoke limited English but enough to get the msg through. Thank you for the pleasant ride & the seamless pick up & drop off service.
It was a nice trip. The driver was very considerate and the car was cool. Would surely book again! The views along the way were beautiful.

We had a lovely journey from Hue to Hoi An. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the driver didn't speak any English so it was a very quiet ride in that respect but we arrived rested and safe and that's what counts 😊
