La classe de cuina a Plataran Ubud

This activity is the highlight of our Bali vacation. The Plantaran cooking class is very fancy and my family loooooved and enjoy this activity. We were welcomed with coffee/tea snacks after the market tour and were given fresh coconut before we start the cooking. Very happy that I have purchased this activity in Plantaran Hotel rather than is other places, you’ll get more than what you paid for. Better to pay a little bit more if you will get this kind of ambiance and speacial treatment. Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this one.

Chef Budi was great company and informative on all things Bali. He and his assistant (I'm so sorry I now forget her name) were more than happy to answer all my questions on Balinese culture. He showed me how to make the Balinese paste, Chicken Sate, crepes and more. He also taught me how to use the peel of a tomato to make a very cute flower. In addition, the setting of the cooking class is beautiful under a traditional Balinese roof in the middle of rice fields. I recommend anyone to go to this cooking class.

I joined a cooking class, and it was an amazing experience. We visited the market at 8 am, where everything was explained, especially about the local ingredients. After returning to the hotel, I enjoyed a welcome drink before starting the class. Thanks to Chef Budi and Arik, the whole experience was so fun and relaxed. He also took great pics for me. If you’re visiting Ubud, this is definitely a class you shouldn’t miss:)

Easy for beginner cooking experience well guided by the staff throughout the process. They let you taste the food during the process and make adjustments to flavour.

It was an incredible experience! The instructor's deep knowledge and passion for cooking shone through, making the class both educational and enjoyable. The instructions were clear, and the hands-on approach allowed my parents to grasp new techniques effortlessly. The quality of ingredients was exceptional, enhancing the overall learning process. The class had a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills!

너무 만족스러운 수업이었어요. 위생상태도 너무 깨끗하고 논뷰보면서 쿠킹하니 힐링되었어요. 발리 음식을 직접 만들어보니 발리에 대해서 더 알게 된 것 같고 좋았어요. 우붓오면 꼭 해봐야할 경험이예요. 완젼 강추요~

단연켠데 최고의 쿠킹클래스입니다 .. 호텔도 너무 이쁘고 분위기도 최고였던 남편이랑 잊지 못할 순간이였어요 음식도 너무 맛있게 다 먹었답니다! 발리 쿠킹클래스 계획 이시라면 무조건 플라타란 !!!!!!!

두명 예약을 했는데 열정 넘치는 요리사 분과 보조 분 2명이서 수업을 도와주셨습니다. 9시 수업이었는데 7시에 오면 전통시장 투어와 필요한 재료 구매도 같이 할 수 있다고 하여 7시 부터 함께 하였는데 우붓에서 일주일동안 알지 못했던 전통시장과 저렴한 가격들을 페험 할 수 있었어요. 특히 좋아하는 음식들을 만들어보고 체험할 수 있는데 장소가 너무 아름답습니다! 호텔 안에 있는데 논 사이에 있어서 자연에서 요리하는 느낌이었습니다. 수업 해주신 쉐프님은 정말 발리 전통 음식을 사랑하는 분이셨어요! 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었습니다!

8시까지 호텔에 도착. 30분 정도 우붓시장을 구경하며 간단한 설명도 해주십니다. 그리고 무료로 커피 or 차, 빵을 주셔서 약 1시간 정도 휴식을 취했다가 수업을 진행합니다. 엄청 청결하고 혼자하는 수업인데도 옆에서 어색하지않게 잘 이끌어주셨습니다😇 수업을 도와주신 Wika & budi 너무 감사해용🙏어린 친구들이지만 저보다 영어도 잘하고 귀여워요ㅋㅋ 사진이랑 동영상도 예쁘게 찍어주셔서 너무 마음에 들어요~ 직접 음식 만드는 과정도 너무 재미있었고 완성된 음식도 너무 맛있었어요!! 수업은 생각보다 일찍 끝나서(11시30분 쯤) 호텔 조금 구경하다가 숙소로 돌아갔습니다☺️만들었던 음식들이 한국에 돌아가서도 생각날 것 같아요😂즐거운 체험이였습니다!!
