o cruzeiro é fantástico, ele é novo e moderno bem diferente dos outros que vi na baia. o wi-fi é forte e sem interrupção. a comida é fantástica e com muitas variedades. o quarto é perfeito e moderno e a baia é uma visão de outro mundo.

I had no idea what to expect since the photos made it look so nice, but it definitely lived up to our expectations! Food was great, ship was very clean, activities were well thought out & the staff was friendly as well as accommodating of everyone’s needs. We will definitely we recommending this exact cruise to everyone who visits Ha Long Bay!

★★★★★ Diana Cruise 1박 2일 이용 후기 이번 하노이 여행에서 디아나 크루즈(Diana Cruise) 프리미어 스위트 객실을 이용하였다. 하노이 올드쿼터 호텔에서 리무진으로 픽업 후 투안차우 선착장까지 이동하였으며, 체크인 절차도 신속하게 진행되었다. 직원들이 친절하게 안내해 주었고 웰컴드링크를 마시며 여유롭게 승선을 기다릴 수 있었다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며 발코니에서 바라보는 란하베이 풍경이 매우 인상적이었다. 침구 상태와 욕실 시설도 만족스러웠고 객실 컨디션은 기대 이상이었다. 식사는 점심, 저녁, 다음 날 브런치까지 제공되었으며 음식의 종류와 맛 모두 만족스러웠다. 특히 직원들의 서비스가 친절하여 식사 시간 내내 기분 좋게 이용할 수 있었다. 브라이트 동굴에서는 카약을 직접 체험하였는데 란하베이의 아름다운 절경을 가까이에서 감상할 수 있어 가장 기억에 남는 일정이었다. 다만 카약은 생각보다 체력을 많이 사용하여 팔과 목, 허리가 다소 피로하였다. 선셋파티에서는 갑판에서 아름다운 석양을 감상할 수 있었으며, 밤에는 오징어 낚시 체험 등 다양한 프로그램이 준비되어 있어 지루할 틈이 없었다. 전체적으로 객실, 음식, 서비스, 일정 모두 만족스러웠으며 란하베이의 조용하고 아름다운 풍경을 즐기기에 매우 좋은 크루즈였다. 하노이를 다시 방문한다면 재이용하고 싶은 크루즈이며 가족이나 부부 여행으로 적극 추천할 만하다.

Stayed 2 days 1 night, had a lovely time. Mogo who was very kind to change our pickup last minute on our request. She did make sure everything was alright. All the cruise staff were kind. Would definitely recommend this place. Best part of the stay was its very clean.

The cruse was very well organised by SeA Teavel and especially by Mogo Nguyen. All instruction, advices and iternary was perfect. i strongly recomend to use the services of the agency and person mentioned above. for my next trip here i will relay again on their services and sugestions

老實說，這船真的沒有六星級的樣子。裝潢和越南三或四星酒店都有段差距。行程活動相對其他船來說很少（只有一個），所安排的景點個人覺得也不如驚訝洞或者英雄島有特色。尤其是船上餐廳服務真的有待加強，中餐和晚餐很多時候不少菜盤都空的，食材準備也不足，午餐開始沒多久竟然牡蠣就沒庫存了，熱食區人手不足常常大排長龍。感覺船上服務團隊不夠專業，沒辦法提供應有的水準。 另外交通接送的時間也不準時。這個行程是SeA Travel 協助服務，線上客服很積極，但感覺實際服務品質跟不上。如果你希望在下龍灣能體驗六星級遊船能夠帶來美好回憶，下龍灣有很多其他選擇，真心不建議這個行程。
