All excited and ready for a vacation. And the worst feeling is at the Check In counter they say you can’t board. We applied for a eVisa and it was still in progress (3 business days later) I thought with the application printed it would of been fine. Sadly it was a no can do. Ready to cry and ready to accept we aren’t going. The Immigration fast track agent (we also purchased on Klook) suggested the Urgent service on Klook. I bought the 1 hour service. Once purchased Mr Lee from Sky Elite (They truly are Elite) WhatsApp me and I sent him our application and within 27 mins our Visa was approved 🥳 Rebooked tickets. and now happy as a Bee 🐝 and back on track to Vietnam (and even our bags are dancing 💃 for joy - zoom in and you’ll see they got that dancin feelin) ❤️🇻🇳🥳

這原本是一場驚魂記！在Mr.Lee的快速安排下，我的確在不到1小時內就拿到簽證了！之前還傳了錯誤的訊息造成Mr.Lee處理的不便，再加上我不大會使用whatsapp，但一切都迎刃而解，剛好在check-in開始前，我收到簽證了！雖然價格不菲，但對於臨時且必要的旅客，十分值得！我想，之前給予負評或是沒收到簽證的旅客，可能像我一樣一開始沒能妥善的建立聯繫方式，或許這是公司端可以改善的地分，避免造成誤解，讓這項便利的服務可以順利進行。

When you find your self in a pickle, you need to do extreme things. Highly recommend if you're in the same pickel as us! We thought we could get a visa on arrival but couldnt. So the night before, we paid this urgent service. We were messaged straight away, and then did the application through the government website, which we then provided them with the reference numbers to fast track. The visas came through within about 1 hour after business hours opening. We then discovered that one passport number was wrong (the gov website reads the passport and did one number wrong, and we missed it). They then saved us again and provided a visa switch and some sweet talking at the airport once we arrived, and all was well. We sped through immigration (off the plane and with bags and out within half hour in Ha Noi is insane). Moral of the story, if you make mistakes, you have to pay. If you have made a Vietnam Visa mistake, this is your best option.
