driver arrived on time to pick us up, he was careful in driving, van was spacious and and clean, all passengers had working seatbelts.

The driver is so kind and appproachable, we don't see anything in glass bridge and Moana because of fog and the catcat village is so traffic. we added an extra hours

We booked a private car from Hanoi to Sapa through Klook, and the experience was fantastic. The driver arrived on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the journey was very smooth despite the winding mountain roads. It was so convenient not having to worry about buses or train schedules. The driver was polite, drove safely, and even made a few scenic stops along the way so we could take photos. The trip took around 5–6 hours, and having the flexibility of a private car made it much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free transfer to Sapa!
The driver arrived ahead of agreed time which worked for us since we were able to clear immigration fast. The limousine was clean. Driver speaks little english but was helpful esp with our luggages.
We had an enjoyable time in Sapa thanks to KY who brought us around though we could only communicate using google translate. Clean and comfortable car from Noi Bai Airpot to Sapa. KY is friendly and always punctual to pick us up!
The limousine bus ride to Hanoi was exceptionally comfortable and convenient. The seats were spacious and reclinable, making the long journey relaxing. The vehicle was clean, modern, and equipped with charging ports, which made the trip enjoyable and productive. The staff was polite, offering bottled water and assistance with luggage. The ride itself was smooth, with good air-conditioning and minimal noise, allowing for rest or sightseeing along the way. The pickup and drop-off points were well organized, adding to the hassle-free experience. Overall, the limousine bus provided a premium, affordable, and stress-free way to travel to Hanoi.
I highly recommend Mr Hung our driver, he is so accommodating, friendly and puntual at all times. The transfer from Noi Bai Airport to Sapa was a breeze, he was also a very careful and attentive driver making our journey feel safe n enjoyable. Will definitely come back again.
