Vam gaudir del cotxe privat, que és molt convenient quan necessitem anar al lavabo, sortir a l'hora que volem i tenir privacitat. La furgoneta limusina estava en bones condicions, però la funció de massatge del seient no funcionava. El conductor, el senyor Dŭng, va ser molt servicial, professional i ens va portar amb seguretat durant tot el viatge. Fàcil de comunicar-se via WhatsApp i Google Translate. Molt recomanable per a aquells que volen la comoditat de viatjar a i des de Sapa.

Driver was punctual and responsive, skilled in navigating the foggy weather in Sapa. Google translate helped for easier communication with the driver. Private charter is pricer but useful if your chosen hotel is further from Sapa’s city centre and you want to relax.

He was very kind and recommended places to eat and ways to save money and time. He also accommodated our request to visit Vietrekking Cafe, even though it was no longer part of the itinerary. Additionally, he offered to book tickets for us online to avoid long queues. We gave him a tip, which he was initially reluctant to accept, but we insisted.

Mr Vinh will let us know the information through messages or google translate. we can inform him where we want to go. do note that you will need to pay extra if you want to go to Rong May glass bridge. overall, it is quite convenient to travel in a private car

it was fuss free! driver and agent contacted me before I arrived Vietnam. our drive was Mr Hoi. he was very friendly and nice. he doesn’t understands English but uses a translator app but that’s fine. he’s always punctual and really friendly. will plan and let us know in advance where we are heading. highly recommend for a more private experience.

Very convenient and excellent option if you like to be flexible about the tour sites and explore at your own pace especially you are with family and friends who want a more relaxing time. You can choose your starting time and our driver, Mr. KHÂM was very nice and accomodating. We pick Trang An and Mua Cave for our day trip, and because we didn’t want to be too rushed and took our time hiking up Hang Mua, we decided to stick with these 2 locations and omitting Dai binh which we were originally interested in going. Another thing I like about private trip is that you can pick your own restaurants to visit whenever you want and the driver will take you there.

I was looking for private transfer across apps (most are costly with guide and priced on per headcount) and finally found and booked this via Klook very last min, only 2 days prior but confirmation came fast. The trip was confirmed a day before via WhatsApp and the driver arrived about 10’min early. Though he doesn’t speak English, we communicated effectively via Google translate. We told him we wanted to go Trang An and Mua Cave and he planned the route without a GPS! He has superb driving skill given the craziness of the road. We took our time at Mua dragon and he didn’t hurry us on the time but does check in with us regularly to make sure we are ok. I guess it’s becos he knows it can be of a safety concern to go up to the dragon. We didn’t stop for lunch so he brought us to a local restaurant for dinner instead. The day started at 9am and ended at 1930pm back at our hotel. Highly recommended if you prefer privacy and own time own target at the activities so you won’t feel rushed and yet have the comfort of travel.
