Smooth, hassle-free ride. Picked up at the hotel on time. Arrived in Hanoi on time, dropped off at the hotel.
4 stars only since we weren't able to ride this limo due to lack of passengers (shared limo) but they were able to approach us in advance through WhatsApp and arranged everything and refered us to HK busline instead.
Honestly, this was one of the best decisions we made! The ride was super comfortable, and the drivers were really nice, polite, and accommodating. We were so comfortable that we literally slept almost the entire ride. 😂 The car even has a personal massage chair, which was such a nice bonus! Definitely 100% recommended, especially if you’re traveling to Sapa. Would book this again for sure! ⭐️
Bon servei. Ens van recollir a l'aeroport just a temps. Hi va haver un total de dues parades en ruta, temps suficient per anar al lavabo i fer un mos ràpid. El senyor Thong, el nostre conductor, és molt amable i condueix amb suavitat.
My last minute booking for this service. I contacted Klook agent to reach out to them since I didn't receive any confirmation. Luckily they contacted me before departure time. Good service, the limousine stop twice along the journey. The driver is skillful, I didn't feel dizzy along the route. They sent us to our airport hotel and make sure we reach the destination.
El personal és molt atent i tot està ben organitzat. Amb poca antelació vam demanar que ens recollissin de l'hotel a Hanoi i ens portessin a l'hotel a Sapa. El conductor de l'autobús va fer la seva feina molt bé i vam fer 2 parades en total. Tornaria a reservar aquí.
Mr Nam is our driver .. I noticed that he has gone beyond his duty to help passengers .. Downside the company took quite a while to confirm my pickup .. I have to enlist Klook customer service to contact them .. Thanks Mr Nam for ferrying me safely back to Hanoi ..
