জেনি একজন অসাধারণ ট্যুর গাইড ছিলেন, তিনি আমরা যে জায়গাগুলো দেখেছি সেগুলোর খুব স্পষ্ট বর্ণনা দিয়েছেন এবং তাঁর হাসিটি ছিল খুবই মিষ্টি। আমাদের খুব আনন্দ হয়েছে, দেখার এবং উপভোগ করার মতো অনেক কিছু ছিল, আমরা প্রচুর খেয়েছি কারণ প্রতিটি জায়গাতেই কোনো না কোনো অনন্য খাবার বা ডেজার্ট ছিল। আমরা আমাদের ভ্রমণটি খুব উপভোগ করেছি :)

The itinerary was incredibly rich: it included Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa-shinzan Bear Park, Lake Hill Farm, and a boat cruise to watch fireworks. Our guide, Hikaru, was very competent, and the schedule was well-arranged. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal, with clouds and light rain that day, but we still had a fantastic time. Highly recommended.

আমি সম্প্রতি লেক তোয়া এবং লেক শিকোতসুতে এই একদিনের সফরে গিয়েছিলাম এবং এটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে অর্থের মূল্য ছিল। এটি একটি খুব সুপরিকল্পিত ভ্রমণসূচী ছিল যা আমাদের একদিনের মধ্যে হোক্কাইডোর বেশ কয়েকটি সুন্দর প্রাকৃতিক স্থান দেখতে সাহায্য করেছে, কোনো তাড়াহুড়ো ছাড়াই। আমাদের গাইড, সিসি, অসাধারণ ছিলেন। তিনি অবিশ্বাস্যভাবে জ্ঞানী ছিলেন এবং ভ্রমণটিকে স্মরণীয় করে তোলার জন্য অতিরিক্ত প্রচেষ্টা করেছিলেন। তিনি কেবল আমাদের দেখা স্থানগুলি সম্পর্কে চমৎকার মন্তব্যই করেননি, বরং হোক্কাইডোতে দেখার জন্য অন্যান্য স্থানগুলির জন্য প্রচুর "অভ্যন্তরীণ" সুপারিশও শেয়ার করেছেন এবং স্থানীয় খাবারের জন্য "সেরা মানের" রেস্তোরাঁগুলির দিকে আমাদের নির্দেশ করেছেন।

I took the trip with hide cai. I liked the pace and the sites were what I wanted to see. The tour guide spoke English well and was able to provide valuable information about the sites that we visited. The weather also cooperated today and we did not encounter any rain.

it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

Our guide Harimoto was very kind, helpful and thoughtful! she made my families first time im Hokkaido very special. She was very flexible with our needs and on our long ride to our destination told us fun facts about each place and about Hokkaido. We had a lot of fun exploring and hiking and trying Japanese cherries!!

The itinerary and schedule were satisfactory, and the tour guide arrangements were excellent, speaking both Chinese and English. The guests were happy, and the vehicle seating was comfortable. If the pickup time could be changed to 8:15 AM, allowing guests to enjoy a quick breakfast on their own before boarding, that would be more suitable.

We had a lovely time on this sightseeing tour. It was very well organized. We found the meet up point without difficulty. The tour bus was clean and spacious. Our tour guide spoke japanese and limited English. The tour provides a multilingual audio guide that explains the history of the places we visited. The surprising highlight of the trip was the Japanese set lunch at an onsen hotel with amazing views of Lake Toya! We appreciated that the entrance fee to the ropeway was included. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Hokkaido.
