Jenny var en veldig flott turguide, hun ga virkelig klare beskrivelser av stedene vi så, og smilet hennes var veldig vennlig. Vi hadde det gøy, med mye å se og nyte, vi spiste mye, for hvert eneste sted hadde en unik matrett eller dessert. Vi nøt turen vår :)

The itinerary was incredibly rich: it included Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa-shinzan Bear Park, Lake Hill Farm, and a boat cruise to watch fireworks. Our guide, Hikaru, was very competent, and the schedule was well-arranged. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal, with clouds and light rain that day, but we still had a fantastic time. Highly recommended.

Vår guide, Alex, var fantastisk og hjalp til med å ta bilder av mange av oss. Han delte også litt informasjon om attraksjonene vi besøkte, både på engelsk og kinesisk. Tidsbruken for hver attraksjon var også akkurat passe. For de uten transport var dette vel verdt pengene.

Jeg tok nylig denne endagsturen til Lake Toya og Lake Shikotsu, og den var absolutt verdt pengene. Det var en veldig godt planlagt reiserute som gjorde at vi fikk se flere av Hokkaidos vakreste naturlandemerker på en enkelt dag uten å føle oss for stresset. Guiden vår, Xixi, var fantastisk. Hun var utrolig kunnskapsrik og gjorde alt hun kunne for å gjøre turen minneverdig. Ikke bare ga hun gode kommentarer om stedene vi besøkte, men hun delte også en mengde «insider»-anbefalinger for andre steder å besøke i Hokkaido og pekte oss mot de «beste i kategorien»-restaurantene for lokal mat.

Jeg tok turen med hide cai. Jeg likte tempoet, og stedene var det jeg ønsket å se. Reiselederen snakket godt engelsk og kunne gi verdifull informasjon om stedene vi besøkte. Været var også på vår side i dag, og vi slapp unna regn.

it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

Our guide Harimoto was very kind, helpful and thoughtful! she made my families first time im Hokkaido very special. She was very flexible with our needs and on our long ride to our destination told us fun facts about each place and about Hokkaido. We had a lot of fun exploring and hiking and trying Japanese cherries!!

The itinerary and schedule were satisfactory, and the tour guide arrangements were excellent, speaking both Chinese and English. The guests were happy, and the vehicle seating was comfortable. If the pickup time could be changed to 8:15 AM, allowing guests to enjoy a quick breakfast on their own before boarding, that would be more suitable.

We had a lovely time on this sightseeing tour. It was very well organized. We found the meet up point without difficulty. The tour bus was clean and spacious. Our tour guide spoke japanese and limited English. The tour provides a multilingual audio guide that explains the history of the places we visited. The surprising highlight of the trip was the Japanese set lunch at an onsen hotel with amazing views of Lake Toya! We appreciated that the entrance fee to the ropeway was included. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the beauty of Hokkaido.
