GALA Yuzawa Ski Resort Lift Ticket (Gear Rental Options Available)

This is one of the best attractions in Japan that you should never miss. My family and I really enjoyed it, even though it was cold and crowded. Make sure to wear three layers of clothing to stay warm. The transportation and gear rental are expensive, but every peso spent is worth the experience. There are also restaurants inside where you can go to warm up when it gets too cold. The ski lift rides are unlimited. This is truly one of the best places to visit in Japan—no matter how much you spend, the experience is absolutely priceless. Thank you Japan 😊

Booking is very easy! Redemption was a bit confusing at first but the staff are very helpful. You have to register your details first before claiming the gears for skiing/snowboarding. We had to exchange the shoes as the first one they gave is small, it was really quite exhausting just helping my kids with their gears (we’re first timers), skis are heavy as well. Didn’t have the chance to try the ski lift as we don’t have much time. We really had fun but I think we’ll just enjoy the snow next time we go back. We also tried the snow mobile (paid onsite), make sure your geared up for the weather as it is freezing cold! Bought extra gloves and snow shoes onsite as my daughter gave up on wearing the ski shoes as it is hard to walk around with it.

It's very easy to exchange for a physical ticket. Buying on Klook is 200 yen cheaper than buying at the counter. The view from the top is beautiful. You can ride the gondola as many times as you want on the date specified on the ticket. There are lockers available for 1500 yen to store your bags.

Highly recommended! The facilities are excellent and the attractions are very interesting. The price is very reasonable for enjoying the views using the Gondola and the Barouche carriage. Lockers are also available for storing belongings, but unfortunately, this is not included in the package, so an additional fee is required.

My kids really wanted to play in the snow, so we chose the round-trip cable car and chairlift package. The price was very reasonable, and exchanging the voucher at the counter was quick and easy. Next time, I'd like to purchase the package that includes ski equipment; after comparing, the price is definitely worth it. This trip created wonderful memories for our whole family! Incredible experience in the snow. We got there and paid for private group lessons at a very good price, and the instructor was also fantastic. The ski resort is large and super beautiful, and the rental equipment is very well maintained.

The card was easy to use; I just showed the QR code to the staff at the counter, and they gave me the physical card. I went on March 28, 2026. The weather was cool, but the sun was very strong, so it felt a bit hot. The snow had started to melt, but it was still beautiful.
