• If the number of participants in a team other than the Chinese language department is less than four, they will be merged into the Chinese service group. Customer service will notify travelers one day before departure and refund the product language price difference in New Taiwan Dollars cash on the day of departure. Please pay special attention before registering and only proceed with the reservation if you agree.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
