Not a great expierence. The day of we received an email saying our time and dock location were changed. It went from a short walk on Miami Beach to 5 miles away requiring $20 Ubers each way. I called to complain and was told it was the Coast Guard's doing. I asked for compensation since we had to pay for transportation to a new location. I was told since we booked third party, nothing they could do. Got to the location shortly before the new time. Departure was delayed as the crew was performing repairs as we sat on the boat. It didn't invoke trust that the boat was in good working condition. We made our way out to Miami South Channel. My jetski was in poor working order. We were warned to dodge the seaweed or the jetski could overheat. Everyone on the tour was in the water multiple times, pulling seaweed from the propelor. At that point we wanted to leave. No one said bye, thank you or asked us to write a review at the end. Not surprising as it seemed like a shotty opperation.
