They did not initially accept my tickets because they don't support Klook as a 3rd party ticket vendor, and had to make an exception for my case.

There was a complete lack of guidance at the meeting point; no one said anything like, "I'm checking participants for this tour!" When I inquired at the tour desk, they gave me a sticker to wear on my chest (which they didn't give to anyone else). The bus arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. I was anxious until we departed and they announced we were going to Key West, so those who are not at all comfortable with English might want to be prepared. The tour itself was good, but the tour details didn't mention stopping at a small cafe for breakfast along the way, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

The local tour guide “Captain C” is very knowledgeable with local attractions and he gave a superb guide about Miami. Great to have him as the wonderful tour guide.

I just want to share that the front desk lad from the Philippines was the best. He helped me and my mom, get up from his chair and walked me and my mom to the elevator and showed us how to use it. Upgraded our hotel, personally offer his line if we need anything at all. Offered us shuttle service to go to the terminal to save money than using UBER. The hotel room he put us in was ocean view. It’s Mother’s Day weekend and that just made it super special for me and my mom. I asked his name but I forgot it now. He said he’s from Bicol, Philippines. Thank you so much for such above and Beyond Service. I highly recommend the hotel and the services were top notch. Elser Hotel-You have a long time customer now. I will recommend you to all of my friends.

The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport starts at 6:30 AM and runs once an hour. There are fast-food restaurants like Starbucks and IHOP near the hotel, and a direct bus to the city center, which is quite convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were new.
