Liked that it was close to everything in Miami. The AC did not work, woke up constantly to a room at 85F degrees. Bathroom had no room to place personal utilities.

One of two elevators didn’t work. Also, AC didn’t work properly. Next time, will pay a little extra to stay somewhere else. Stayed one night before a cruise. So, we got by for one night.

I got in after a late flight with kids only to find the air conditioning was working poorly after the kids fell asleep (it was not worth waking them). The AC would only cool from 80F to 75F and had to be manually reset to turn back on. Also only one elevator was working, which is a problem for such a tall hotel. The front desk was friendly but they recommended to plan for checkout to take 30mins to catch the elevator in the rush. Fortunately I was on the 3rd floor and was able to haul my suitcases via the stairs.

Great location, convenient places to walk to and eateries that can be explored. The property itself (our room) needs better maintenance - shower tub faucet came apart, shower/ bath area too tight, bed and sheets could be cleaner and updated, lobby is super crowded any given time.

Bathroom is nothing close to the pictures, mirror light is rust, bath tub is old and seems like they paint it but not in good conditions. A/C unit it’s loud and make a noise that will wake you up every time it’s turn on-off. The elevator didn’t work so we have to go down stairs from a 5th floor with our luggage. Baseboard/windows etc doesn’t look like they were ever clean. On the other side the bed was comfort. But again if you want something that looks and feel clean this is not the place on my experience.

Good
Staff was kind, was able to check in early for a fee $50. The room didn't look as decorated as the pictures and the "view" was obstructed by a sticker they had outside the hotel bummer. Cleanliness wasn't bad and the only real issue was the elevators took so long and were small to accommodate and big flow of guests. Also one was down when we stayed so it sucked. Celia's restaurant had delicious breakfast downstairs!
