Coconut Forest Tour by Bicycle and Basket Boat in Hoi An

It was the most satisfying tour I did while in Da Nang! I've never written a review on Klook before, but it was such a satisfying tour that I really wanted to write a review! When I first went to the tour location, I had a bicycle. If you have a bicycle, you've found the right tour location! I was a little confused about the tour location at first! The friendly local tour guide adjusted the saddle on my bike and took a lot of pictures! I was able to see various scenery of Hoi An while riding a bicycle to the coconut boat ride! I was able to see beautiful rural and farming scenes that are hard to see on a typical tour! It was a truly unique experience! At each pretty spot, he got off his bike for a moment and took pictures! Your photography skills were also very good. It was my first time riding a water buffalo, and it was so much fun, and they even took a video of me riding a water buffalo. The coconut pear at the end was also really good. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who goes to Da Nang!!

This was a wonderful experience! The itinerary was packed with activities. Our group of four (including a 10-year-old and an uncle with mobility issues) chose to cycle and enjoy the scenery along the way. We experienced the joy of the rice paddies, rode water buffalo, took a coconut boat ride, and enjoyed delicious local snacks. I must commend our male tour guide (Noi), who was incredibly attentive to the child and uncle throughout the entire process. He was very considerate and created a safe environment for them to try more activities. This activity is highly recommended, especially with such a perfect tour guide like Noi.

Great tour and guide! Ride a bicycle to enjoy the scenery of Vietnam's countryside and houses. Buffaloes are cute, but riding one is very nerve-wracking and I always feel like I'm going to fall off its back. We took a coconut basket boat to experience the rotation and crab hanging, watched people singing karaoke and casting fishing nets, and finally had a dinner they prepared. On the way back, we were too tired to ride a bicycle, so they were very considerate to take us to our next destination, Hoi An Memories Land, on a motorcycle. Thank you very much and highly recommend this trip.

An excellent experience at Hoi An. As I am not confident on a bike and we had to ride across a few busy intersections, our guide Long accommodated us and took me on his scooter we while my husband rode a bike on his own. The buffalo ride is very fun and interesting. the river filled with coconut boats is also a novel experience. The boatman is nice and helped us take photos. The snacks served at the end are delicious and can count as lunch cos so much food was given.

We opted out of cycling and a minivan came to pick us up. It was a great experience riding a buffalo going one round and snapping photos on it. The coconut boat ride was also a different experience from usual boats, and the boat spin (extra charges) was just so fun. There was also food served at the end which wrapped up a great half day spent.

Visited Hoi An for a solo trip and decided to book this day tour to cover multiple sites at one go! I was also looking forward to cycling through the city but was definitely not confident in navigating Vietnam traffic alone 😂 My guide, Noi, turned up punctually to pick me up from my hotel. He led the way expertly and I followed closely behind! Noi was very kind in looking out for me as we cycled to our destinations. First we went through the paddy fields and rode a buffalo(!) Noi helped to snap a few photos and videos in the vast greenery, then we were off to the coconut boat river which was a nice experience. if you want to do the spinning boat, you’d have to pay the boatmen a small fee and you hop on to their attraction for a spin. My boatwoman was very kind in helping me to take some nice photos and also bringing me crab fishing. Afterwards, was dropped off at a local restaurant for a light lunch of banh xeo which was delicious!! Lastly Noi and I cycled back to my hotel at about 12PM. It was such a fun experience and would definitely recommend this! Many thanks to my guide Noi :)

Our Guide, Long, was a fun guy. Helped us took fun photos at the rice farm. Chat with us as well. The tour begins by riding a bicycle right from outside our hotel to the rice farms, riding a buffalo and to the bamboo basket boat tour. The bicycle ride was exhilarating from the city centre. After that it was very enjoyable. Roads were pretty flat and not much uphill slope. highlight was the bamboo basket boat where they will bring you to spin in the basket boat and looking at the locals singing karaoke. the snacks provided after that was delicious too👍🏼

This was such a great experience! I was very impressed that even though I was the only one who signed up, they still carried through with this. It truly felt like such an authentic experience biking through the rice fields and even getting to ride a water buffalo! Please note that you should be pretty confident on a bicycle, you will bike across some crowded streets and across some busy intersections. The guide was great and even offered to help me take pictures at different points!

The day before, the customer service will use WHAT's APP to contact you in English. The local tour guide who came that day was very enthusiastic and would help adjust the height of the bicycle. He took great care in taking pictures and leading the group. The child was too tired to ride the bicycle back home. After asking, he immediately agreed to drive us back to the hotel. Really sweet. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. The proprietress is very good at English. It is suggested that the APP design can directly allow customers to choose one-way cycling or round-trip cycling. You can ride a bicycle in the morning, and you can ride back to Hoi An in the afternoon. Riding buffaloes and coconut boats are really fun.
