Hoi An : Coconut Basket Boat , River Cruise and Making Lantern Class

even though we got into afternoon thunderstorms, I still have a great with my tour guide-Minh. we exchanged a lot culture of Vietnam and Taiwan. also nice to get out of downtown to enjoy the quiet cross the river from the crowds.

This was one of the best experiences we had in Hoi An! The basket boat ride through the coconut forest was peaceful and so much fun. Our boat rower, Hung, was friendly, funny, and made the ride even more enjoyable. The lantern-making class was definitely the highlight. Duyen was patient and explained everything so well that making our own lantern was easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to our guide, Minh, who was kind, knowledgeable, and looked after us throughout the tour. Everything was well organized, and the whole team made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hoi An!

This was one of the best experiences I had in Hoi An! The basket boat ride through the coconut forest was so much fun. My boat rower was friendly, skilled, and even showed us some amazing basket boat spinning. The lantern-making class was the highlight for me. The instructor was incredibly patient and guided us step by step, so everyone could make a beautiful lantern to take home. It wasn’t just a souvenir—it became a special memory of our trip to Vietnam. At the coconut boat, we have a terrific time, especially my kids. Long is hilarious the entire way. Ming is also fantastic for creating lanterns and taking us to lantern releases. I love it so much.
