The driver arrived ten minutes early and parked at the hotel's underground pick-up point, sending a text notification. The entire journey was fast and smooth, and the driver was professional and courteous. If you're looking for a private and hassle-free day trip with family and friends from Osaka Umeda to Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya, a private car charter is undoubtedly the best choice. The distance is considerable, and public transportation involves multiple complicated transfers. Tour groups have strict time limits and lack privacy, making a private car the most convenient and comfortable option. There was ample time for the entire trip, allowing us to fully and leisurely experience the natural wonders: taking a cable car up for panoramic views, walking through the pine forest on the sandbar, visiting temples to burn incense and worship, enjoying seafood at seaside restaurants, checking out popular cafes, feeding seagulls from a fishing boat, and observing the boathouses. It was a compact yet rich experience, offering an intimate encounter with Amanohashidate and Ine Bay, and it was wonderfully comfortable and not at all tiring! Bravo! 👏

The operator contacted us a day before, and the process was very organized. The only problem was that we did not realize the driver could only speak in Mandarin. I did not notice that when I was booking the tour, so that is something to be aware of. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We highly recommend this service as it made getting around the different sites of Kyoto so very convenient. The important spots in Kyoto are a bit far apart so our van made things so much easier. Also, our driver, Mr. Wang, was very friendly and accommodating.

absolutely recommend this tour! Xiao Ze (the travel agent) reached out a few days before the tour date to plan the itinerary. What really made this 5 stars was the service! When we were stranded in Tameoka because we missed the last bus for the river boat, Xiao Ze was there to help us call the boat company to reschedule and was very responsive. In such a dire time, I really felt his willingness to help and that made me feel so at ease and appreciative! Really good value for money, the same tour on Klook cost the same but the big difference is, this is a private tour. Can’t recommend this tour agency enough!

We booked a customized day trip to Kyoto by chartered car, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Our driver, Mr. Cui, was a polite and courteous gentleman. While he wasn't very talkative, he did his best to answer our questions whenever we asked and was always respectful throughout the trip. Our original itinerary included five attractions, but due to heavy traffic coming from Osaka and the crowds (which are expected during this popular season), we only managed to cover three. If you’re planning a trip around this time of year, it’s good to be flexible and ready to adjust your plans. The car was clean and well-maintained, which made the long hours on the road comfortable. However, one minor downside was the heavily tinted windows, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the beautiful sakura views along the way in Kyoto. so maybe you can request for untinted car if you want to enjoy the scenery. That said, it was still a memorable day, and we appreciated the convenience and ease of traveling this way.

Thank you very much Mr. Qu. He made our one day tour a great and comfortable one, allowing us to cover all the places we wanted to see in Kyoto. When we asked for a stop for lunch, he brought us to a nice cosy ramen shop and even checked in advance if there are seats before letting us alight the car because of the hot weather. The service provided made my trip with 2 young kids a comfortable one.

It was a good decision to book a private tour. We were able to go to the places we wanted to see without worrying much about the time.
