・A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per order. ・Single-day tickets allow entry on either 02/20 or 02/21, and are valid for redemption and use only on the chosen day. ・Admission qualifications for all multi-day ticket types are the same, with the only difference being ticket price discounts. ・All ticket types are available in limited quantities while supplies last. ・All areas are standing room only. One ticket per person. Tickets must be exchanged on-site for a wristband to enter. Lost tickets will not be reissued. ・A two-day ticket can only be exchanged for one wristband, which will be used continuously for two days. Please keep it safe. ・Event wristbands are considered securities. Please wear them strictly according to regulations upon entry and keep them safe. In the event of loss, damage, or other unidentifiable conditions, they will not be reissued, and wristbands may not be resold or transferred for use. ・In the event of force majeure, the event organizers will issue a separate announcement regarding changes. For detailed event content and matters not covered herein, please refer to the Emerge Fest Facebook fan page. ・Each person with a disability, including companions, may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. Essential companions must enter at the same time as the ticket holder and must bring valid identification upon entry. Those without identification, those who do not meet the qualifications, or non-holders using the tickets must pay the difference in ticket price to enter. Persons with disabilities and their companions must simultaneously present the same disability certificate for verification before entering. ・One ticket per person, admission by ticket. Children under twelve years of age do not need to purchase a ticket, but must be accompanied by at least one parent, and the parent must also purchase a ticket. Tickets are considered securities, please keep them safe. In the event of loss, damage, burning, or unidentifiable conditions, they will not be reissued. ・Consumers must purchase tickets with their real names and fill in valid personal information. Anyone assisting friends and relatives in purchasing tickets must obtain the consent of the owner of the personal information. Purchasing tickets with false information constitutes the crime of “falsifying private documents” under Article 210 of the Criminal Code: “Falsifying or altering private documents in a manner sufficient to cause damage to the public or others shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years.” Furthermore, in accordance with Paragraph 3, Article 10-1 of the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries Act: “Anyone who uses false data or other improper means, using computers or other related equipment to purchase performance tickets and obtain booking or ticket collection vouchers, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years, or detained, or in lieu thereof or in addition thereto, be fined not more than NT$3 million.” Both the organizer and Klook reserve the right to immediately cancel the consumer’s order.
