Very convenient, just call to confirm the time, and the staff is enthusiastic and courteous.
I booked a direct bus to Guangzhou for skiing, and it was super convenient to just scan the QR code. There was no traffic this time, and we arrived in about 3 hours!
It is a stress free travel. the bus is very clean and comfortable. It is direct and convenient way to travel to and from China with a family aged from 6 to 80 years old. My only advise is to make sure everyone takes the bathroom break after crossing the border because there is no bathroom on the bus. the driver will not stop for any breaks.

There's no need to exchange for a physical ticket; you can board the bus directly by having staff scan your QR code. Departing from Huadu New Century Hotel, it takes approximately 2 hours to reach Shenzhen Bay Port. From there, a transfer takes only about 50 minutes to get to Wong Tai Sin Shopping Centre, which is very convenient.
The staff at the Huadu Station Roundabout in Guangzhou are very friendly. The bus departs from Sunac Snow World, and the second stop is the Huadu New Century Hotel. The Roundabout has seating available at this stop, so you can wait for the bus indoors if you arrive early. It takes about 2 hours to reach Shenzhen Bay Port directly, which is super convenient.
When I went skiing in Guangzhou, I could just scan the QR code for the return trip too, no need to exchange anything! It was a bit congested though, so the return journey took a little longer than the trip there, about four hours.
After receiving the email, booking a reservation and time over the phone was very smooth. The staff patiently explained the available times, and the pick-up location was convenient and not too crowded. I highly recommend it; the direct bus was fast and excellent.
This is a very convenient bus service. It takes about three hours to get from Guangzhou to Hong Kong. However, the station is a bit hard to find, so I hope there will be more signs in the future.
