The tour guide of this guided tour is a Japanese, a middle-aged lady. I must not be able to communicate with you because I am Chinese and I don’t know Japanese, I don’t know how to listen, and I don’t know how to speak. But this Japanese female tour guide, She is very professional, she communicates with me in various ways, and takes special care of me. I have a great time throughout the trip. - This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk)
- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus

- The Hakuba Gondola Lift may be suspended in case of inclement weather. In such cases, we will refund the fare accordingly. However, if alternative arrangements are made and expenses are incurred, refunds may not be provided, so please understand in advance
- Lunch is not included on the second day. You will have free time to have lunch at Murodo
- Depending on the departure time of the hotel, breakfast on the second day may be provided in the form of a bento box
