Prambanan Sunset Tour and Ramayana Ballet Performance in Yogyakarta

Prambanan Temple is indeed a beautiful place to visit. Yet the experience of watching Ramayana Ballet with the back scene of the lightened temple in the evening is really extraordinary. The price is totally worth it. A must see in Jogja.

Coco was such an amazing driver, who smoothly picked us up and guided us to the start of our very information tour, arranging the rendeavous to our scenic dinner and securing tickets for The Ballet that was sold out of pre-sale tickets, which they were very transparent that there was no guarantee but they would try their best to wait in line. The Ballet was amazing and a holiday-defining experience.

My driver Noor is a really nice guy. He introduced the history of the temples on our way there and scheduled every step quite efficiently. Although the pre-sale performance tickets were sold out previous, Noor helped achieve the on-site ticket for me. I'm satisfied with this trip.

Nour is amazing and respectful! i highly recommend him! The trip covered back and forth travel to prambanan, tickets and pickup from hotel in a big car. I was also given history about the place which was nice.

It was so much fun, we received everything for the Prambanan sunset tour, dinner, and pick up and drop off at the inn. Our driver, Mr. Hotma was very informative and responsive for the service provided. Since the restaurant we booked at the beginning was full, the tour provided a solution of another amazing restaurant with a rice field view and delicious and varied food flavors. Of course, Sendatari Ramayana Ballet was not missed, we really enjoyed the show from start to finish. Impressive for our vacation, thank you

Overall, it's worth the ticket price. We departed at 3 PM due to a slight delay in our itinerary, resulting in only 1.5 hours to visit the temple, which was not enough. There are three other small temples in the park to visit, so if you want to learn about the historical sites and not just take pictures, I recommend allowing 3 hours. The dinner and dance were a pleasant surprise, and we were seated in the best viewing area. Febri was very talkative and lively, and we learned a lot about Indonesian culture and beliefs. We were lucky to have him lead the tour.

Driver Noor arrived on time at the hotel. It happened to be Ramadan, and he explained the rules of Ramadan along the way. Prambanan Temple is magnificent and has a different kind of beauty compared to the Angkor Wat Hindu temple. The dinner restaurant was right next to Prambanan Temple, so we could enjoy the quiet night of Prambanan Temple while dining. One word... Awesome!

Our driver and guide, Noor, provided very detailed explanations throughout the tour, arrived punctually at the pickup point, proactively helped with photos, and pointed out the best photo spots. He also responded promptly to last-minute communications. It was a rich and highly recommended trip.

Prambanan Temple was beautiful, but the weather was cloudy, so I couldn't see the sunset. However, the temple was beautiful, and fortunately, I met a Korean guide and was able to hear the explanation, which was great. The ballet performance was also excellent, but it was the rainy season, so the performance was held indoors, which was a shame. Guide Noor was very kind and told me a lot about Islamic culture.
