We chose the dinner buffet before the show and it was soo good. The food was so fresh and tasty. The show was also such a great performance. We really enjoyed ourselves. Make sure that you know the story of the Ramayana before you go, otherwise you'll have no clue what it's all about.
what can i say. i have to leave a review again each and every time i completed a booking with klook for the sake of getting klookcash. why does things have to be so difficult man. just why
Interesting show to watch. Dis not avail the dinner buffet because I already ate but there’s also a cafe outside the amphitheater where, you can hangout while waiting for the show to open AT SEVEN THIRTY (7:30 PM). I just hope you have the option to choose your seat as seats on the side does not have a back rest. Nonetheless, it is worthwile seeing the show when in Jogja!
I really enjoy the performance. Easy to understand & the place also really spacious. I book the performance with the dinner & the food was really gooooddd.. I even try the gudeg for the first time & I love it!
location is easy to use, I came 30 minutes early for the dinner, waited to start at 6PM. A lot of mosquitos, no drinks/water is served so you will buy it separately. food is okay, performance is okay, venue needs cleaning. also, it is hot inside so bring fan, show is 1.5 hours long, seats get uncomfortable.
Great performance which only gets better as it orogresses. The dinner buffet before is a good option too.
great experience overall. We got the front seats. the performance was spectacular. we had a very good time.
Although there was an issue with the ticket being sold on a day that there was no performance the show and dinner overall was nice. Great performance and good spread of food at the buffet.
A wonderful experience! The buffet dinner was excellent and very varied, also suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and those with intolerances. The staff was kind enough to seat us together even though we had made separate reservations, and they even accommodated our request to sit in the front row facing the ballet. The show was very engaging, much better than the ones we saw in Ubud, Bali. The covered stage in an amphitheater made the atmosphere even more immersive. A must-do if you are in Yogyakarta!
We were too late to buy tickets to the show at Prambanan temple so went to the show in Yogya. It was nice but not overly impressive. I was expecting more dancers but there were just few of them. But as a cultural experience it is still totally worth to see. They give a small bottle of water and story explanation but the chairs are not comfortable. we went just to the show - no dinner.
