Experience: Very happy! Restaurant Environment: Nice scenery Service: Very attentive, the staff are proactive and very polite. Food Taste: The savory snacks are delicious. Although they weren't piping hot, maybe it's meant to be snack-style, so it's acceptable even if it's not hot. The desserts have a special appearance, like the cute goldfish in a fishbowl, and they taste good too! The largest Qinghua porcelain vase, I thought it would only look good, but it was the biggest surprise! Inside, there's vanilla bean mousse and original cake, very rich! And the blueberry mousse inside has a sorbet-like texture. How do they make the outside not frozen but the inside icy?! Highly recommended to try!
The restaurant staff are very polite and have a good service attitude. 👍🏻👍🏻 The quality of the food is also very good, the shape is very beautiful, the appearance is first-class, the design is careful, especially the red rose, which is carried on dry ice and filled with smoke, like a fairyland, so romantic, it would be better if it were more salty. 🌹😍 The environment is comfortable, you can enjoy delicious food with friends while chatting. 🫶🫶
The restaurant will send text messages to confirm and remind you a few days and the day before the meal, which is very thoughtful! The restaurant is a little hard to find, the staff is polite and decent, the food is beautifully presented, the snacks and drinks are very good, the roses were a surprise when they appeared, making us so happy that we kept checking in, and we could see the train passing by outside the window. We had a pleasant afternoon!
Booking on Klook is even cheaper than the official website. The panda-shaped sweethearts and drinks are very cute, and the brush-shaped taro cakes are very interesting and fun! The restaurant reminded us two days in advance through wtsapp and arranged for us to sit by the window. We were very satisfied.
Regardless of the presentation, creativity and taste of the food, I give it full marks. The restaurant is not big, but the overall feeling is very comfortable and peaceful. The restaurant has arranged different props for punching in, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the entire palace-themed atmosphere while dining.
Come and try this afternoon tea set on Sunday, from 3pm to 5pm. There were not many tourists that day, so we sat near the window and could clearly see the Lion Rock. The set meal includes coffee, tea or special drinks. As for the food, overall everything tastes good, and I like the desserts not too sweet. Staff service is good. I will try the new menu next month.
I went for the panda-themed afternoon tea. The food design is very unique, taking the Chinese style and panda route. There is a writing brush hidden in dry ice in the box, and the tip of the writing brush is actually a purple taro mochi cake, dipped in brown sugar and eaten, which is very surprising. The environment has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, with a wide view of the train tracks and Mong Kok outside, which is very good. The slight complaint is that the wait staff was not enough and did not pay enough attention to the leakage on our food. When I asked the reception staff to help me take two photos, her face darkened. This way of treating customers needs to be improved.
The blue and white porcelain cake is beautiful and smokes, perfect for taking photos... The other food tastes good! The service is also thoughtful! You can see Lion Rock from the window seat! For my friend's birthday, there was also a free dessert arrangement 👍🏻
The panda-themed afternoon tea has interesting panda shapes, as well as brushes and jade seals. The taste is also good and not too sweet. The special drink orange hot chocolate milk also has a panda on the milk cap.
The afternoon tea experience was beyond what we expected. We were seated by the window in a separate room. Although the restaurant was small, quiet, and cozy, we didn’t mind as it was a great place for chit-chat. The food wasn’t just for pictures—each item had quality, layers, and texture. The drinks were also delicious! Even the straws and glasses were bamboo-themed, adding a lovely touch to the overall aesthetic. We definitely got our money's worth and would highly recommend others to try!
