Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and not SIM locked
- iPhones purchased in Hong Kong, Macau, and China are not eSIM compatible

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local mobile carrier
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls and SMS are not supported

- Data package is valid for 180 days from date of purchase
- We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Registration
- If you are going to Hong Kong or Taiwan, Real Name Registration is required under local laws & regulations before you can use Mobile Data in HK and Taiwan
- Online registration instructions will be provided in order email sent to you
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

Very easy to activate. It kept me connected all throughout my stay in Taipei. Connection was also fast.
Worked seamlessly. Activated before flying. When we landed, it was automatically working. Used for a week. Consistently fast. 2GB per day was more than enough for using Google Maps and occasional uploads.

The esim was easy to install. You just have to be sure that you register before you leave your country. When you get there, make sure data raoming is working. Data is in 5G in all places that I went to.
We faced some problems with installation due to a phone changes suddenly by my son. But the seller/ vendor was always so prompt to help us and address our issue. What's apps replies via WiFi at the Taipei airport came back almost immediately to help us resolve. This was similar to our many queries before our booking of this product as first timer using esim.
