Taroko Gorge Day Tour from Taipei by Train

Everything was well planned. Maybe it was a bit “too” planned for me: now get out here quickly and take a photo. and now here this, and here that. Our train was too late, though, maybe that was the reason. our guide was fully motivated and kept a close eye on her sheep. The rush of sellers in the Marble Museum was a bit stressful when you didn't want to buy anything. Overall, it was a really well organized and worth seeing tour - thank you!

The organisation to get us on the train and being met at the other end worked well. Taroko Gorge National Park is spectacular and we were lucky to have good weather. The lunch provided was great.

Josephine grew up next to Taroko and so was very knowledgeable about the area. She was able to guide us safely and efficiently through the area. Our time was very well spent. Adding the beach at the end of the trip was a great idea. It is a very beautiful place to relax after hiking all day.

The whole trip was very friendly, with trains running to and from Taipei/Hualien. The price is slightly expensive. The tour guide is very familiar with Taroko, and the lunch is also good. The main attractions are covered.

Josephine was an amazing tour guide. She showed so much more than I expected on this tour. she definitely did a great job explain Taroko. Not to mentioned, Josephine is super friendly and she took really good care of her tour group. Taroko is a must visit place if you like nature of Taiwan. I would totally come back to Taroko next time and do more hiking.
