Visit the eternal springs at Changchun Shrine, burrowed into the hillside
Take in the ocean air at Qixingtan and the pebble stone beach or find peace in the tranquil plains of Buluowan tribal village
Inclusive of comfortable coach transportation including hotel pick up and drop off and optional lunch
Take a private day tour to what is arguably Taiwan's most scenic destination, Taroko National Park. Showcasing a diverse range of nature and wildlife: travel from rugged coast, to luscious forest, to the dramatic cliff faces of 19km Taroko Gorge. Delve into the heart of the park at the Swallow Grotto Trail, interspersed with tunnels and the best viewpoint for overlooking the narrowest part of the gorge, where the river is at its most dramatic. After lunch in scenic Tianxiang, you'll visit the Changchung Shrine (or the Eternal Spring Shrine), a beautiful temple nestled within the hillside, atop a waterfall stream that supposedly never stops running (hence the name of the shrine). Before ending at Qixingtan, famed for its pebble beach and fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean.

Taroko Gorge Half Day Trips
Taroko Day Trip
We chose the half-day tour which lasts for six hours. Good thing we did book here from Klook because the 6-hours tour was for the whole Hualien already and not just the Taroko Gorge. The downside was that we arranged for an English guide but it was only on the audio for some introductions on the next stops. So we didn't understand what the tour guide was saying. Good thing there was a fellow tourist who translated for the the important thing like, we'll just have to stay for 30 minutes in this stop, and so on. We also watch a short film without English subtitle on it.
It was an exciting experience, however we specifically request for an english tour, we did not understand everything said about the place because of this. Our guide was really nice though and taroko is a really lovely site to see. Very beautiful!
The trip was of great value. The tour guide is great with all the briefings and stories. The one stop at the souvenir shop could be cut though.
We were the only ones in the tour and they came with a spacious and comfy van. Driver was friendly and talked alot of current affairs and useful info at taroko gorge.
I gave two stars only to the tour itself not to the driver. The driver was friendly and on time. Even though we choose English tour but actually only Chinese tour was available. We booked two tours via klook, and there were ran by the same travel agency. I probably will not book tours via KLOOK, and it is because you will only know the name of the agency after you pay the tour.
