- You can enjoy tasting Sake (Japanese alcohol) in Saijo city. If there is one drink that represents Japan, it is sake! This is Saijo Sake, the Japanese sake brewery town. We’ve also included how you can buy sake and how best to taste sake. You can also swich to Takehara city if you want to have a less trasfer time.
