The hotel room is okay, clean and well-organized, and feels like a traditional hotel. The buffet is better than expected, the taste and variety are good! If you want to go to Ocean Park for two days and one night, it would be a good choice!
The service attitude of the staff is very good. The cleaning staff, the front desk, and the catering staff all have a good attitude. The hotel is clean as a whole. The room is clean and corporate. But the air conditioner can only be set at 22 degrees, and the button needs to be pressed for about 10 seconds each time There may be changes, but the situation is not ideal. The overall score of the room is 88/100. The food is diversified, including Singaporean bak kut teh, spicy crab, lamb rack, steak, a variety of appetizers, seafood, and desserts. The overall food and environment 85/100 points. There was a notice to celebrate the birthday when booking the room. Only the front desk staff said happy birthday. There was no special arrangement in the restaurant, such as a glass of champagne or a small birthday cake. I was a little disappointed. I see Ruxin Members, inform the staff in the restaurant that there is a birthday cake for someone on the same stage, and then give a piece of birthday cake with candles. But my station does not have it. The biggest problem is that the electronic door lock cannot be opened normally twice. The first time I just checked out the room, After eating the buffet for the second time, I have to take LIFT to return to the front desk every time, and then notify the staff to open the door of the room. The electronic door lock is very problematic. There is no compensation action, just answering that I am very sorry. (The only time I went out for lunch When I come back, I can open the electronic door lock smoothly). The hotel is located in the industrial area, and there is no landscape to speak of. The entrance and exit are also quite strange. The so-called main exit of the hotel used to be the parking lot. Another narrow exit is located on the street, which is more convenient. But it seems like the side entrance of some commercial buildings.
The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are not too many styles of food, and it is not very delicious. The staff are very polite, which is a plus. But there is a light in the room. I don’t know why it turns on and off by itself. The experience last night was a little scary. It made me unable to fall asleep. I should not be able to fall asleep until about 4:00 or 5:00.
This booking is to celebrate a friend's birthday, the hotel specially made arrangements and sent a birthday cake. The room is clean and tidy, with air purifiers and exercise bikes. The buffet brunch food is delicious, large and has many styles. I will consider staying again in the future.
