- Redemption Instructions
- Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code.
- Create an account on the Airalo website or app.
- Click ‘Airmoney and Membership’ in the top right hand corner.
- Enter your voucher code in the Redeem Voucher field.
- The eSIM purchased will be added to your account.
- You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking ‘View My eSIMs’
- Follow the set up instructions in the Airalo app and stay connected with your loved ones!

easy to use and install.i was able to use only less than 1gb during our 11days trip as I only used it for google maps,navitime and lil browsing. easy to reload using the app. very reliable except for subway stations but majority of the places they have good connections and signal- osaka,Kobe,kyoto.

Installation was very easy. I needed a connection most of the time since I am a solo traveler, and it never failed me. Went to Nagoya, Gifu, Nagano and Osaka and it works perfectly well.
