- Secure all loose articles before loading and keep your hands free of any items during the ride
- Ensure that your belongings are stored in the storage compartment provided
- Keep your hands inside the ride and away from moving parts
- The following are not permitted on this attraction: Bring food or drink/ Conducting photography or video recording during the ride/ Smoking/ Wearing loose clothing (such as scarves) that may be dropped, ejected or become caught/entangled in moving parts
- Guests are responsible for the care of their own belongings, the Company is not responsible for any lost items within the facility
- Running in the venue is prohibited
- Guests shall pay to repair or reimburse the Company for the cost to repair, any damages caused to the facility. In the event of irreparable damage, guests shall compensate the Company for the loss
- In the event of an emergency, our evacuation procedures will be activated, ensuring that you are kept safe and unharmed during the event
- The Company reserves the right to refuse admission and to evict any person whose conduct is disorderly, inappropriate, poses a threat to security, safety or to the enjoyment of the show, or who is reasonably suspected of adversely impacting a safe and healthy environment for other guests or employees. Refunds or exchanges of tickets for such guests will be handled in accordance with the Ticket Terms and Conditions of Sale
- For security purposes, you may be requested to open any bag, package or other item which is in your possession before admission
- Unless otherwise stated in the Condition of Entry, if a guest is not permitted to enter or is evicted for any reason stated in the Condition of Entry, no refund of the tickets or any compensation will be paid
- Photographs, videos and/or sound recordings taken by guests inside the Studio City Stardust must not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company; photography or any recording of non-consenting guests is strictly prohibited
- The Guest consents to use this attraction, and authorizes the Company, as data controller, to automatically or mechanically process, collect, use, store, disclose and/or transfer any personal data (including data considered sensitive, photos and videos) provided by the Guest or collected in connection with this attraction, to any subsidiaries of the Company or any other entity directly or indirectly under the control of, or owned by, the Company’s direct and indirect shareholders, Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Melco Group”), or to any successors or assigns, partners, service providers, consultants, and/or public entities or authorities, in the Macau SAR or in any other jurisdiction, for all purposes relating to this activity, including: (i) the use of this attraction; (ii) provision of the experience; (ii) publicity and marketing, which may include handling and posting of participants’ likenesses, photographs and videos on the website, social media or any other platforms; (iv) complaints and incident management; (v) security; (vi) statistics and auditing; (vii) safeguarding and enforcing the Company’s and Melco Group’s legitimate interests (including through litigation); (viii) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, the Melco Group’s obligations, and internal programs (collectively, the “Purposes”). Studio City Macau brings the brand new entertainment experience Studio City Stardust with its grand opening in August.
Behind Studio City Stardust is Dynamic Entertainment, the renowned Canadian entertainment experience creator and the mastermind behind numerous iconic attractions at world-class theme parks. Dynamic Entertainment has brought together thrilling sensory impact and compelling storytelling to create aerial experience specially designed for Studio City Macau.
Studio City Stardust features a dynamic motion seating system designed to deliver a highly immersive flight experience through multi-axis movement. The seats steer forward and backward to simulate the sensation of high-speed travel, while it also provides height variations of up to 1 meter vertically. A tilting mechanism allows the seats to pitch forward and backward by up to 10 degrees. These coordinated motion effects work together to recreate the sensation of a real flight and amplify the overall sensory impact.
Studio City Stardust is also equipped with a stereo sound system comprising 23 speakers, meticulously designed to capture the rhythm, intensity and emotional shifts of the flight journey. Each session of Studio City Stardust accommodates up to 72 guests with the full experience lasting approximately 15 minutes, including check-in, safety briefing, boarding and screening, creating a seamless and fully immersive journey from arrival to take-off.
Powered by technology and driven by storytelling, Studio City Stardust delivers an immersive flying experience that is both visually thrilling and emotionally engaging. Set in a retro-futuristic universe where the glamour of mid-20th century travel meets advanced technology, guests are introduced to Stardust Air Tours, an upscale aerial tour company opening its latest terminal at Studio City Macau. There, guests embark as passengers under the guidance of GUS-47, a charming robotic butler, and Ying, the Macau terminal’s Chief Ambassador, whose effortless partnership brings warmth, personality and imagination to the journey.
The opening of Studio City Stardust demonstrates Studio City Macau’s commitment to its brand promise of “Fun Never Ends.” Designed for guests of all interests, the new attraction offers something for everyone — from science-fiction enthusiasts and adventure seekers to families with children — inviting all to discover their own unforgettable flying adventure.
