BALAN HILL GLAMPING is located near Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area. The mountains and forests are boundless, and the greenery spreads into a secret realm. It is a five-star hotel in nature, allowing you to get close to nature in a relaxed way. BALAN HILL GLAMPING has 23 tents - the Starry Sky Tent themed after the 12 main Greek gods and 11 carriages themed after classic car models. Each tent and carriage tent has a special exclusive key wooden tag. Different rooms have their own unique theme elements and interior decorations to set off the meaning they represent. Let's enjoy the fun of camping together!
Romantic Starry Sky / European Style Carriage
- Starry Sky Tent: Pet-friendly tent type. Open the curtains and enjoy the blue sky and green space.
- Carriage Tent: Made of cypress wood, with tatami and bunk bed types. Good sound insulation, suitable for family travel.
- Each room has a private bathroom, upgraded to [separate wet and dry areas + bidet], providing the most comfortable washing environment for our guests.
- Each room provides an independent American-style grill, so you can enjoy the forest bath and BBQ experience at the same time.
- Afternoon Tea / Dinner / Breakfast: The menu is changed seasonally according to the season, and local seasonal ingredients are used in the dishes, which is our insistence on food!

- In order to promote environmental protection, the park no longer provides disposable amenities (bottled water, toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, razors, dental floss, shower caps).
- Area A Carriage Tent - Heidelberg (A01-A06) are tatami rooms.
- Area A Carriage Tent - Salzburg (A09-A11) are bunk bed rooms.
- Area A Carriage Tent - Avignon (Courtyard) (A07, A08, A12) has two tatami rooms and one bunk bed room.
- Starry Sky Tent Area B (B01-05) - Aegean Sea: The room has [one double bed + two single beds], located near the first parking lot, and the room faces the spectacular Araucaria trees and ecological pond area.
- Starry Sky Tent Area C (C01-05) - Mediterranean: The room has [two double beds], located near the main stage of the park, and has a large public play space, suitable for children to play and burn off energy.
- Starry Sky Tent Area D (D01-05) - Ionian Sea: The room has [two double beds] or [one double bed + two single beds], located on the inner side of the park, quieter and there are two public rest areas next to the tent, more secluded and concentrated.
峇嵐杉丘 _ Park Regulations
- Check-In 15:00; Check Out 11:00; Late check-out fee is $1500/hour.
- DIY and park tours will be adjusted according to the weather conditions of the day.
- The meal and activity supply times and methods are based on the announced content. Please be sure to redeem and participate on time, and we will not wait for those who are late.
- For food safety, please do not bring any fresh ingredients into the park for heating and consumption.
- It is forbidden to start fires and set off fireworks in the park (including inside the tents), destroy nature or landscapes, gamble, or engage in other behaviors that affect others or the environment. If facilities or equipment are damaged, compensation will be required at the original price and a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Smoking and betel nut chewing are prohibited in the park. There is a designated smoking area; those who smoke in the room will pay the official website fee for the day.
- Illegal activities and drug use are prohibited in the park. If verified, the police will be notified and reported according to law.
- Guests are requested to keep the volume down after 10 p.m.
- The park area is a natural environment where various species and aborigines coexist. Please pay attention to mosquitoes, insects, snakes and animals.
- Due to natural terrain factors, the park may have height differences or various road surface environments. Please pay attention to your own safety when visiting the park.
- The park covers a large area, so parents must accompany their children throughout the entire process to maintain safety.
- Please take care of your valuables when using parking spaces. The park is not responsible for any custody or compensation.
- Please take care of all the facilities in the tent. If there is any damage, compensation will be required at the original price; if you want to buy, please refer to the facility and equipment price list and purchase from the service staff.
- If there are any unfulfilled matters, the park reserves the right to add, modify or interpret them.
峇嵐杉丘 _ Pet Rules
- You are welcome to bring your furry children to the park. Please be sure to confirm the park's furry child rules before traveling, and do what you can.
- Please do not leave your furry children alone in the tent.
- Please clean the paws of your furry children before entering the tent, and they are not allowed on the bed. If pets do not have the habit of fixed-point urination, please use urine pads to maintain the cleanliness of the room and environment. If pets urinate on beds, furniture, or carpets, parents will be required to pay compensation at the original price depending on the extent of the damage.
- Please do not let furry children enter other tents or leave the designated activity area; please keep them on a leash when participating in outdoor activities so as not to disturb others.
- When participating in park activities, please be sure to clean up after your furry children's feces and leashes or cages; please do not allow furry children to defecate, blow dry their hair, or comb their hair in indoor spaces.
- Please ensure the volume of your furry children and jointly maintain the quality of the park's use space.
- Furry children are not allowed to use cups, bowls, plates, etc. in the tent or restaurant.
- If you need to come into contact with other people's furry children, please ask the furry children's owners first; if there are disputes between furry children, please help coordinate and comfort them.
- You must complete pet registration and rabies vaccination before entering the camp area, and administer flea and parasite infection prevention drugs in advance.
- Furry children with infectious diseases, illnesses, aggressiveness, and young age are not allowed to enter the camp area.
- The park does not provide pet care responsibilities, nor does it provide pet storage services.
- If furry children cause harm to other owners or furry children in the park, please coordinate the follow-up matters between the two parties.

I searched a lot of camping areas and chose Balan Hill. The main purpose is to have bathrooms and tents outside independently. The environment of the camp is comfortable and clean. The three meals a day are fresh. There are very few mosquitoes at night. The overall experience is great!

The camp area is small and exquisite. The starry sky tent is as beautiful as the photo, but it really has no sound insulation effect. When I went to bed at 10 o'clock in the evening, the people in the next tent kept chatting until they got closer. I couldn't bear to wake up, so I had to ask them to lower the volume. In exchange for a better sleep quality, and the dinner is really rich and delicious! The food is super satisfying. You can choose between Chinese style and Western style for breakfast. I think each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Generally speaking, it is a place where you can relax and rest. The service staff are very friendly. The starry sky at night is beautiful👍👍👍
I brought a ten-month-old baby with me this time, and I didn’t give any special instructions to help the baby prepare breakfast. As a result, the restaurant manager thoughtfully prepared porridge for the baby. The baby loved it very much, and my mother was super touched~ This accommodation experience is great, the tent, food and service are all amazing People feel at home, if there is a chance, I would like to stay again😀
Because it only opened in June, there are still many places under construction. The scenery is very beautiful and the environment is very quiet. Because of the heavy rain, almost all the activities scheduled by the merchants have been cancelled. It is a pity that there is no rain preparation plan. I think the Parmesan cheese for breakfast The bread with cream and strawberry jam is really delicious, I miss it when I come back🥲
Originally, I was hesitant to change my itinerary due to the passing typhoon, but later I came as planned and was unexpectedly upgraded to a room type. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and before the car was parked and the car was turned off, the service staff held an umbrella and were waiting outside the car to help transport the luggage. There is no phone, so I used Lai to communicate with the counter, but the response was very fast, and the service attitude was very good. It was raining heavily during dinner time, and the manager came over to care about the dinner situation. Thank you Balan Shanqiu for a wonderful camping experience.
