The employee Jeff was very nice and immediately said he would take us to the fast boat. The pier we passed by came to pick us up. We were very grateful and happy. The platform advertises a 2-hour cruise, yet the actual trip only lasts one hour. Also, whale sightings are not guaranteed due to weather conditions, which is poorly explained on Klook.
