It's at Pier No. 6. When you arrive, wait for the staff to scan the QR code to get on the boat. Can you believe it? The whale is swimming next to the boat, and there are still 4 of them. Although it is very lucky to meet a whale, it is not in vain. up! I only took pictures with my mobile phone so close, but I think they are so close, and the whine is so clear, like a dinosaur!
The whale watching boat captains arrive at the harbor and provide lively and detailed explanations. The captains are quick to spot the direction the whales appear, although taking pictures can be a bit difficult; it's best to observe carefully with your eyes.
The captain is very experienced, chasing humpback whales, seeing humpback whales jumping out of the sea, very rare experience, worth it!
Departing from Darling Harbour, you'll enjoy unobstructed views of iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. There are many whales, so there's a high chance of seeing them. You might even be lucky enough to see a whale breach. However, the waves can be rough and the boat quite bumpy, making it unsuitable for those prone to seasickness. About half the people on board were too sick to stand up, missing the entire whale-watching opportunity, though sick bags were provided on the boat.
If you already have tickets from Klook, you don't have to go to the booth first. You can go wait to board the boat at Wharf 6 (on actual days there will be people queuing at the booth. It made me a little confused that I had to go further.) The first time I went was on a day of high waves. I got out of the boat and vomited all the way, but didn't see any whales. As soon as I got in, I was given a ticket to come back and look again. The second time, I used the ticket I got to see it for free. This time the weather is good. I saw a little whale waving its tail in greeting. I was very happy. P.S. My father forgot his wallet on the boat. The tour company kept it for me very well. Thank you very much.
easy to use by just scan the QR received from email. the sea can be rough and it is advice to take motion sickness pill if you need. the chances to see the whale, close or far, is by luck. it will happened fast and hard to capture and photo or video. it is a fun activity, if you not motion sickness.
I saw a whale for the first time. This time it was very windy so I had to stay far away. I made sure to take seasickness medicine with me and it was a truly special experience.
We were so lucky that we can see the whale! And the crew were so nice. Very windy and bumpy that day, so recommend those who wanna choose this trip should bring enough outfit (jacket, beanie) with you and take the motion sickness pills before you hop onboard. As few people got pretty bad sea sickness that day. Overall a very memorable experience.
This is the first time I went out to sea to watch whales. I saw whales during the process. It was very exciting. There are hot drinks on board!
Very good service, we watched at least 20 times within the 3 hours cruise. The boat was perfect, the upper desk was open giving perfect views for all. The weather was great too that day. Overall highly recommended. nice view and good service
