This was pure bliss. From the moment I walked in I felt very relaxed and well taken care of. The massage is more western style, complete with choosing an aroma oil in the beginning. The registration form is also simple - asking for which areas you want the massage to focus on, and no asking of ridiculous personal details like birth date, HKID, occupation, address etc. The recovery space is calm and clean, the therapy room comfortable and relaxing. I actually managed to sleep during the massage and gemstone facial. The gemstone facial differs from traditional facials: no steaming and extractions, but focused on circulation and hydration. Even the bathroom was tastefully done and spacious. This really is a gem in Central / Soho. I really hope they continue their excellent services. It’s such a breath of fresh air as compared to the “spas” that rely on hard sales tactics to keep customers. One can truly relax for a couple of hours at Elu Spa. Hope to return soon!

I decided to celebrate my birthday by treating myself to a spa. After doing my research for a long time, I’ve finally found a spa that offers a massage and facial package and that is here at Elu. Once we stepped in the spa, my husband and I were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. We were seated and we filled up a form with our special preferences and it was great since my husband is ticklish and I was sensitive at certain areas. Our therapist were very friendly and professional, made sure we were comfortable and not in any pain. She helped melt away all the tension and left us the most rejuvenating feeling. Ambience was great, staff were friendly, it was clean and the service was worth every penny.
It’s my 2nd time here and had a really relaxing time with my best friend. Convenient location, friendly staff and professional masseuse. The staff mistaken our spa package as something else at first but quickly apologised to us politely. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back again☺️
Great as usual. Probably my 4th or 5th time by now. All booked through Klook and then confirm on WhatsApp. Good facial by hand, nice ambience, no hard sell therapist or receptionist. I hope they have more packages offer on Klook! I’ll definitely continue to come back.

Nice ambience and relaxing music. Staff was friendly and helpful. The massage oil selection was decent and smelled good. They were not too overpowering and made the experience really comfortable after a tough week at work and having to handle a difficult boss. oil yourself away and wipe those work stress out with that
If you need to take a bath, you need to contact the store separately and charge additional fees. Remember to contact the store to confirm the time after booking with Klook. It is recommended to arrange your trip in advance, because if you want to take a bath, there is only one room and you must book it at least one month in advance.
Booked a February special for a couple’s spa day for 180-min session with body scrub, bubble bath, aromatherapy oil massage and facial. We filled out a questionnaire about our preferences for the massage and any sensitive spots. We were served different kinds of tea before, during, and after our treatments, and feel very well looked after. The location is easy to find in Central off Hollywood Road and Lynhurst Terrace. The place is beautifully decorated, exactly as shown in the pictures. We were so relaxed after the experience that it was a bit jarring to step back into the hustle and bustle of Central after!
One of the best spas in Central. Amid the hustle and bustle, Elu is truly a sanctuary. My therapist Connie was very thorough and gentle. She should get a raise! Reception lady was kind. Loved that they had snacks (biscoff!) and herbal teas. What a treat to self. wishing them great business always.
