getting there for the earliest start time is best especially if you have little ones. at 9am it was empty and I felt comfortable letting my 4 year old go wild and enjoy the facility. By 10am there were older kids there and it started to get busy. it is rather hard for the staff to control those not following the rules but at the same time most staff were too busy chit chatting than bothering to assist those that needed help. the main focus for them was to blow the whistle if they saw anyone not adhering but beyond that not much else. I would say the facility has improved slightly with some new equipment but otherwise the same.

my 2nd time there,great fun for our 7ish....but the staff attitude is really annoying. She s really impatient throughout , and bear in mind its my 2nd time, so i dint ask her any questions, just that it felt like she dint want to work there. The place is gd, but the 1st impression given out by that staff is real bad!

It's so much fun for corporate team building here. We enjoy the myriad of facilities spreading across 2 floors which cater to the out varying fitness level

The most fun experience for all ages. I just wish I had this around in Hong Kong when I was kid/teenager.
