- The tourist factory has a safe capacity of 200 people. Please cooperate with the service staff's arrangements, wait, and enter in an orderly manner for your visit.
- If there are any changes or corrections to the above regulations, please refer to the announcements at the museum site.
- During the epidemic prevention period, please cooperate with the following when entering the museum: wear a mask, measure body temperature, sanitize hands, and register with real-name system. If you have traveled abroad within 14 days or have symptoms such as fever or respiratory issues, the museum reserves the right to refuse entry and no refunds will be given.

How to get there
- By bus: Take Kaohsiung Bus Red 71A to Niutiliao Station (located at the entrance of Fulameng Tourism Factory), and walk a short distance to reach the destination.
- By train: Alight at Tainan Rende Station and transfer to a taxi for an approximately 8-minute ride.
- By metro: Take the Kaohsiung Transportation Bureau (KTRB) bus Red 71A from Kaohsiung MRT South Gangshan Station to Niutiliao Station (approximately 50 minutes). It is a short walk from there.
- Take a taxi from Tainan High Speed Rail Station, approximately a 10-minute drive.
- Take a taxi from Tainan Airport towards Kaohsiung for 2 kilometers (approximately 10 minutes).

The parking space at the location is easy to park, with event tickets, there are DIY four choices and gifts. There are guided tours arranged for each time period. The children bought tickets directly on site, plus the double tickets + DIY experience bought on the platform. The children like to draw, so I chose DIY colored pens to let them experience it. They will also cherish the colored pens they made more. The crayons given with the tickets are also very good! You can also play level-breaking games to get small gifts!

FLOMO, a local brand dedicated to eco-friendly and non-toxic stationery, established the first stationery tourist factory in Southern Taiwan in Kaohsiung in 2014 under its own brand name “FLOMO.” Here, visitors can learn about the eraser manufacturing process and experience the joy of making their own stationery! In 2016, FLOMO Fun Learning & Dream Factory passed the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ tourist factory evaluation and was awarded the tourist factory emblem, becoming the 4th tourist factory in Kaohsiung. In 2018, it passed the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ “Excellent Benchmark Tourist Factory” evaluation and became an outdoor education venue designated by the Ministry of Education. The site offers edutainment-focused environmental and stationery knowledge tours, an exclusive display of retired “stationery manufacturing machines,” and mechanical pencil cases that evoke fond memories for parents. There are also creative stationery DIY courses, from erasers to pencil cases, and Taiwan’s only eraser board game. Both adults and children will love it here.
