FLOMO, a local brand dedicated to eco-friendly and non-toxic stationery, established the first stationery tourist factory in Southern Taiwan in Kaohsiung in 2014 under its own brand name “FLOMO.” Here, visitors can learn about the eraser manufacturing process and experience the joy of making their own stationery! In 2016, FLOMO Fun Learning & Dream Factory passed the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ tourist factory evaluation and was awarded the tourist factory emblem, becoming the 4th tourist factory in Kaohsiung. In 2018, it passed the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ “Excellent Benchmark Tourist Factory” evaluation and became an outdoor education venue designated by the Ministry of Education. The site offers edutainment-focused environmental and stationery knowledge tours, an exclusive display of retired “stationery manufacturing machines,” and mechanical pencil cases that evoke fond memories for parents. There are also creative stationery DIY courses, from erasers to pencil cases, and Taiwan’s only eraser board game. Both adults and children will love it here. Come and embark on a stationery journey that is both nostalgic and trendy!
