My family and I enjoyed high tea at the Shangri-La Hotel Lobby in Kuala Lumpur, and it was an exceptional experience. The Rose Ivoire Chocolate Mousse with Sencha Sakura is a standout, with its velvety texture and floral notes beautifully complemented by the gentle umami of the tea. staffs were so friendly when we req to switch table, even after they have already prep our reserved table beforehand. food were so tasty and yummy, i'd love to come back one day!

It was such a pleasure to return for afternoon tea. This time it featured New Year - Prosperity. As always, it was delicious.

I enjoyed this afternoon tea experience at Shangri-la Hotel Kuala Lumpur. I like the Shangri-la tea, for reasons that it is light, not too bitter, and smooth to drink. It perfectly pairs well with the savory and sweet treats that comes along with it.

The delivery was done by Mr Speedy. The delivery personnel was friendly. He updated me regarding the estimated arrival time via SMS. The food was tasty but some sweet desserts started to melt (with chocolate toppings). I would recommend to dine in or order delivery if you stay near to the hotel or in KL. I stay in Selangor.

Nice ambience and excellent customer service. I particularly love the northpole wonderland of kid version so much.

I was so happy to have the opportunity to try the new afternoon tea. This time, it featured Parent's Day and was delicious as always. I'm looking forward to dining here again soon.

came here with my parents. took them some time to serve the food. I bought 2 sets of tea time, they came coming back confirming if I paid for a set or 2. so frustrating!

Some of the desserts are very sweet. Other finger food were good! Tea and coffee have quite some variety. The café area was a little warm after drinking warm tea. Environment is good for chilling and chit chatting. Service was quick and attentive. Overall is a good experience and worth the value.
