we checked in late and upgraded us to a suite room with additional breakfast onboard. Room were so spacious and clean for it’s affordable price. There staff Nafis, Onik, Daniel, Ali and Karen who is Filipina are very patient, accommodating and hospitable, it feels like home away from home. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

place is great and staffs are all friend especially the one who assisted us in the evening. we had a late check in but he is very accommodating in giving us the best room he can offer. he also suggested different places to visit since it's our first time in Malaysia. the room is amazing and had a perfect relaxation after our long trip at the city. I didn't get the time to take pictures inside the room as I was busy packing our stuffs....

had issues with room card and had to reset it at reception every time we wanted to go back in. the service attitude of the staff can be better. told us to refill our water from a non-working dispenser and insisted it was working breakfast is terrible not worth the money at all hotel is near the centre but can be abit dodgy at night no other facilities or amenities such as a gym as it was indicated on the photo listing

The room intended for me was not yet available by the time we checked-in. The staff gave us a temporary room and said they will change it after 1hour. When i checked after the waiting time, staff said that temporary room alredy put my name on it. I do not want argument, so i just take the room as what the staff said. But it is not a themed room. I'm a bit disappointed with the staff.

this room look fine to me and bathroom also not bad.. I felt comfortable to sleep when lay on that bed.. anyway must check in 2pm without charging fees.. they will charge if want to check in earlier before 2pm.. 🙄 for towels, it's not absorb wet.. 😔
