Dining at The Westin Kuala Lumpur

The hotel buffet offered a good variety of dishes, including local and international options. The food was fresh and well presented. I especially enjoyed the dessert selection. Overall, it was a pleasant buffet experience and good value for the price.

It was a really pleasant experience. I was contemplating at first because a few reviews suggested that we have to wait for a while to be served. But during my visit, altogether from sitting until finish eating, it took around 1 hour and 10 minutes which in my opinion is really nice. The ambience is really classy. Its just a really good idea for u and your bestie to catch up and spill some tea and eat some good food. Okay the only thing that can be improved in the set is the cake. Its only there for the show. It can be improved if you put more effort into the taste as well as much as the look. But overall, good!

First time having our buffet dinner here. Food wise, I should say they are just average (nothing outstanding). The staffs are friendly and the environment is good. Good place to have a relaxing meal with friends.

The buffet spread was great and they have a generous variety of food! We especially loved the satay and the baklava. Highly recommend for a delicious, satisfying feast!

I was so happy to have the opportunity to try the new afternoon tea. It was delicious, as always. Also, I'm especially grateful to Mr. Quzie for his attentiveness. I'm looking forward to dining here again soon.

Price: I'm very satisfied that I could enjoy afternoon tea at The Westin Hotel for this price. What's more, it wasn't a simplified version; we received a formal three-tiered stand and even hot water refills for our tea. My friend also received coffee refills. Taste: Both the cakes and savories were of high quality, and I was very satisfied. The scones were a bit too fluffy for my personal preference, but they were still good enough. Restaurant Atmosphere: Although the location is near the Pavilion, the interior was calm and relaxing. There were also enough staff members to attend to the guests, so the service was excellent.

Nice place, great value for money. The food was tasty, even though the variety was not very wide. The staff were also very helpful. One staff member who served us that day, Mr. Zukhairi, did a really great job. Thank you so much for his excellent service. We felt very welcomed that day. 👏👍
